    This man is unprofessional and unreliable. He had me order the parts for my frig. He put me off for weeks because he didn't have a car. I assumed he was getting a ride from someone he knew but he ubered to my house. Pretended to fix everything and charged me $350. The frig never worked and he said give it time then he told me he would have to work on it and he just ghosted me. A neighbor came over and said he looked like he stole my new parts and did absolutely nothing. I tried to get my money from my cc but because I had already willingly paid him and he reported that he was my house and I willingly paid him, my claim was turned down. I am seeking my $350 back.

    On March 23, 2022, I paid Chris Harwell $521.33 of Harwell's Appliance to repair 2 appliances (a range and a dishwasher) at my rental house located at 311 Black Avenue in Lexington, SC 29072. He told me I had to pay him in order for him to order the parts, took my money and then said that the parts were delayed. The parts never came in and after many attempts to receive a refund of the money he accepted from me, I never received a refund and the appliances were NOT repaired by Chris Harwell. I have copies of the text messages on my phone regarding these requests for repair and for refunds. I have attached the last few text messages with this complaint. He was very unprofessional, in addition to keeping my money.

    I am seeking a refund of my $521.33.
