      I've had all of my services and scheduled maintenance from a Ford dealership since I purchased my vehicle in 2014. I've been a customer of Anderson Ford since 2017 after moving to Anderson from Texas. Recently, I had work done on my vehicle which included the transmission. The total came out to over $2600. Paid in full I drove my car home that night (16.2 miles). I woke up and I drove my car to work in the morning (10.9 miles). I parked the car and my cars transmission shifter would not shift into the Park position. I later called the dealership and was told there was a RECALL ON THE TRANSMISSION SHIFTER CABLE BUSHING and that Id have to bring it in. Let me remind you, less than 12 hours earlier, I had transmission work done on my vehicle. I find it extremely coincidental that after my vehicle's transmission was worked on, 27 miles later, my transmission was no longer operational. I had to get my car towed to the Anderson Ford dealer the next day. I paid $327.75 for the towing service. I was told that unfortunately, my vehicle just so happened to be one of those vehicles that needed the recall and that it was a "coincidence" that after 150000k miles of trouble-free transmission issues, 27 miles after I left their shop, charged $2600 in services and had transmission work done, my transmission shifter goes bad. I was looked in the eyes and told, I'm sorry, there is nothing we can do. I simply wanted my towing fees of $327.75 reimbursed or a 10 to 15 percent discount on my next visit. I feel that's the least the dealership could do after years of loyalty and a $2600. price tag one day earlier. I am not saying the Anderson Ford dealer intentionally, accidentally, or negligently mishandled my vehicle. I understand that the burden of proof is on me but this is way too much of a coincidence for me to remain silent. My hopes is that the customers read this and decides for themselves if doing business with Anderson Ford is worth it.

      As the other reviewer has said, their advertising on their website is intentionally misleading to try to get business. Don't expect to pay the advertised prices. The salesperson I talked to even admitted to me they use those advertised prices to get people to call. Definitely not a place to give your business to.

      Bought a new GT500. Dealership sold the car with torn seats. really not interested in fixing the problems. Its like buying from a used car dealership in the 80's

      So let me start out with I did not buy a **** car from this dealer. I doing this review on very very poor customer service at the service department. First I have a 2019 **** Taurus still under Bumper to bumper warranty. I had some issues that needed attention like the leather seat needed to be fastened down, the sunglasses holder was warped and the rt rear door needed to be adjusted. First they said they would not replace the warped sunglasses holder because it’s cosmetic! Are you kidding me it’s flipping warped, they said it was cosmetic and for that reason it was not warranty so basically bumper to bumper does not really mean bumper to bumper. Next I had to argue with her (Ashley B*****) the service advisor to refasten the leather seat which she also did not want to do, but she finally gave in on the seat. Nest and final was the door. They said that any body adjustments are only covered under 12 months or 12 thousand miles, are you kidding me!! They sent me to a body shop nest to them and the guy gave me a runaround, basically saying if **** will cover it he’ll do it and wouldn’t you know they will not cover it based on what she said. I called **** and they said it was under the bumper to bumper warranty and they would call the dealer and straighten it out. Well the **** lady came back and said that it was under 12 months or 12 mile warranty, so the dealer changed her tune. I called back the dealer and spoke with another service advisor and that Ashley was handling my case and they would call me back after they spoke to ****. Well guess what? Still no call and a week as passed. A word to the wise ?either don’t buy a **** or get it serviced someplace else. Worst dealer ever!!
