      Put a down payment of $4000.00 on a 2012 **** ********, **** ******** began to have engine issues within 36 hours of buying. Dealership management agreed to have **** worked on to have issue resolved using extended warranty. Dealership contacted me that the vehicle will be more cost to fix than worth. Anderson Ford agreed to return down payment of $4000.00 and speak to the financing bank of “****** *******” to close the loan. Issue is that Anderson Ford has yet to return the down payment of $4000.00. Anderson Ford management has made it extremely difficult to be contacted and find a resolve. It has been ongoing from December 27th 2032, to todays date of filing January 12th.

      we have resolved this situation with the consumer. the merchant held the money not us but we were able to get it figured out.

      Multiple issues regarding repairs made to my vehicle over the past year. I've spent a lot of money doing business with Anderson Ford in Anderson.SC...Only to be let down continuously.......I've had to bring my vehicle back to show these guys what was done or not done to standard....Several pictures and RO#s to prove their negliance....Please HELP with their service department......for failure to comply with customer support etiquette and service.....Horrible...Have had my vehicle off and on for over the past couple months (2nd occasion) repairing issues, I had to bring back to them that wasn't done properly the 1st time...Just picked vehicle up on 5/4/2021...REP stated all repairs were taken care of.....Still having issues and not only that...Someone has damaged my console and tried to cover up with a paint pen.....HORRIBLE SERVICE....Pictures attached are thing left undone and I had to take back to show these guys what to correct.

      I’ve attached a few of my issues with this business over the past year…Remind you that these guys have had my vehicle off and on since may of 2020…I’ve had various items allegedly fixed and not properly fixed or left off.…. Also I’ve gotten my vehicle back with items that was taken off and not replaced…(pictures if needed)….These are only a few. Thanks

       

      Invoice#4-stated that they checked interior lights and fixed issues.(check engine light still on)...Couldn’t find anything wrong with spinning noise..(wind from missing pieces)…Again this service department inconvenienced me to bring it back again..

       

      Invoice #3- states they found the issue and corrected the spinning noise…Hoses still leaking!!

       

      Invoice#5 As you can see in their remarks…..Still having problems….SMH…..Ratchet straps in door making noise….

       

      Invoice#2…..Determines regulator wasn’t tightened…..

       

      Guys,these are only a few items…….Granted this company did provide me with a loner and I only had to ask for transportation help from my family only a few days…But this service is totally unacceptable in my opinion….I still have pictures when I picked it up a few weeks back where these guys damaged my console and wants to deny it………Like I told their GM and service manager….I hate this relationship had to end like this but, it’s unhealthy for me to continue to use these guys going forward…..

      my response would be that we do not mind finishing the job. When would you like to set an appt. and me and my service manager will look at it personally.
