    I was disappointed with All That Jazz Upholstery.. I took him a love seat to be reupholstered in September ****. He requested a $500.00 deposit at which time I paid that day. He gave me excuse after excuse and timeline after timeline for a year. I finally went and picked up my loveseat on December *, ****. It had not been touched and in fact was sitting in the same spot in front of the store where I dropped it off in September ****. I put a $500.00 deposit down which was to order the materials, and now I am getting excuses regarding getting my money back. No materials were provided for the loveseat and i have my loveseat. He is definitely not a man of his word. I would like to get my deposit of $500.00 refunded.

    ** **** ***** I took a **** *** ****** recliner in to be reupholstered. At the time, I put down a deposit of $598.00, with a balance of $550.00, due upon completion. The job was supposed to be completed within two months. It is now ** months later. The business owner has the fabric to complete the job; however, he refuses to complete the work or to provide a refund. I have been to the business personally eight times to check on the progress of the work. The chair has been disassembled and a small amount of fabric has been cut. This job is long overdue in such a manner as to constitute breach of contract by the business owner. Each time I visit the business, I am given more excuses and delays. It is now evident the business owner is not operating in good faith toward fulfilling the contracted obligation of reupholstering my chair. Refusal to complete the work contracted or to refund money paid for such work are to the point of making this a case of fraud and/or theft by deception and misrepresentation. The amount of money involved would constitute a felony in this state. My desired resolution would be a refund of my deposit of $598.00; however, given the overall slothful and disorganized state of affairs with this business, it is doubtful a refund would be possible. Therefore, I am requesting the business owner finish the job and reupholster my chair without additional delays as was originally contracted.

    *****22 we paid ALL THAT JAZZ UPHOLSTERY a deposit of $389.40 ***** ** ******* ** ****** to construct a new porch swing cushion. As of ******* 2023, the cushion has not been made, nor the deposit returned. We have called repeatly and physically gone to the shop in person. With each contact we are given a new excuse and a new promise by day - none ever working out. At this point we just want a refund and we will start over somewhere else.

    This guy is a thieve and liar. I took 2 very small kitchen chairs to him on **** and was to bring a living room chair after he had completed the 2 chairs. He gave me a window of 1 week, I picked out the fabric for all 3 chairs and paid a deposit of $***.00. He said he would call me to pick up the 2 chairs when completed,,, he never called. I went by and he was behind his desk doing nothing. He gave me every excuse in the book. no staff etc. Another week goes by and the 2nd promised date had gone by so I went up the the shop, he was sitting again BEHIND HIS DESK , DOING NOTHING! The chairs were still sitting where I had left them and evidently another poor ******* had dropped of furniture it was in front of mine. Once you start looking around you notice that his entire store is nothing but unfinished jobs. Gave him another week and went up demanding my money back AGAIN NOT MOVING JUST SITTING BEHIND THAT DESK, he said my cloth had not come in and in the same breath said that he would get them completed and I could pick them up the next day. I asked why he was lying since he just stated that he did not have the cloth. He stammered and picked up his phone and said I have returned your money back to your credit card, I took my chairs and left. 2 weeks later no money back on the card . I called he said that he was out making deliveries so that he could pay me and I could get the money in a day or 2 and he would call me . Of course I heard nothing so I went up today **** and of course HE WAS SITTING BEHIND HIS DESK DOING NOTHING! I demanded my money ha said that he did not have it.

    Verbal agreement to have leather chair and ottoman reupholstered. Completion date given was 5 months. ******** Selected leather replacement and paid deposit of $425.00 with balance of $400.00 due upon delivery.

    Have had made repeated phone calls since ******* delivery date to establish why the delay and have been given nothing but excuses, lies about when reupholstered chair would be delivered. Today, ******* call was made and told the work hadn't even begun!
