  PGC Installations quoted a good price for bathroom, kitchen, and other renovation work. His workers were friendly, knowledgeable, hard working--usually going above expectations. His contract called for 1/2 the money upfront which is standard in my experience. The remainder was done in draws as his crews completed each phase of work. Gerald, the owner of PGC Installations, is knowledgeable and generally kept me informed about his schedule. There were two or three times that we had scheduling conflicts (on my part and his), but the work was completed in timely manner. I never felt pressured to give him money for work not performed--and he never asked for such payment. We had only one issue in this project. We had a vanity top that was not a standard length. Ultimately, we bought a new vanity and a new top, but that was our choice and not his requirement. Finished work was quite good. Thanks.

  Gerald was very hard to deal with. He was often offended when asked to hold up on deadlines he set. My kitchen has yet to be completed and he has been paid in full. All I wanted/want was/is my kitchen completed. I tried being nice complimenting him on the work that had been done. I had faith in his company but now not so much because it's always excuse after excuse why he can't complete the work. Very disappointed in the outcome of my kitchen but after over $30,000, I'll have to deal with it because it wiped out our savings. I pray he doesn't do this to anyone else.

  This customer is lying and obsessed with our company. She is mad about 2 ft of chair rails and soft close hardware for her cabinets. We offered her to pay to have those minors add ons made but she would much rather write a negative review. She is miserable at home and taking her negativity out on our company because she has nothing to do. If I could upload pictures of the kitchen, interior painting, tiling , flooring that was done it would prove she is lying, but I always BBB is where people go to leave negative comments very rarely is someone coming here to leave a good review only the bad. This is a classic case of mysery loves company

  I would like to thank Mr Gerald and the pgc staff for an excellent job on my kitchen awesome and beautiful really lost of words he was trust worthy and very affectionate I really appreciate the pgc service thanks and plenty much love.

  Is there a minus/ negative -star rating? This company (PGC) I see has a history of getting paid upfront and then not finishing the work for messed up reasons. They were hired to some painting and flooring in my 780sq.ft cottage house , and build a 10x12 addition on the rear of the house for a total of $20,000 .They were paid $ 17,000 after "finishing" painting and flooring and then never did the room addition. After much haggling about refunding my money, he sends me some documents to sign to give me $3500 refund AND he wanted me to sign a promise not to give him any bad reviews. I told him that I felt I had a duty/responsibility to warn the public about his business practices. Shame on you Gerald M. !

  Lacking in professionalism and integrity, Gerald Marseille endangered the lives of my family when a door to the outside of my enclosed porch was left unsecured with a 3ft. drop to the lawn after his men tore down my old deck and mistakenly tore down the stairs attached to the screened porch, and in the process , punching a hole in the screen.Marseille refuses to pay for damages to my lawn caused by old deck lumber and the tub and shower surround left on my lawn for weeks. Therefore, BUYER BEWARE! Clearly, Marseille chooses to respond to customer complaints with childish and inappropriate witticisms. When I pleaded with him to begin the new deck, he gave excuses that the rain was a hindrance or his men had a car problem and that his crew would be able to complete the deck in one day. Grand children were coming for the Fourth of July … a dangerous situation awaited them in the backyard. Therefore, my husband informed Marseille that we could not work with him under those conditions. He said he was only returning $1,500 of the $2,500 because we had to pay for restocking the materials for the deck. Also, at the end of the bathroom shower remodel, he said we owed him another $500. not included in the contract. I found the entire experience with PGC Installation to be stressful, and I find Marseille and PGC to be an unethical business. Because someone takes a few classes from The University of Phoenix that allows them to work in a medical facility or if someone works at selling gutters, does not qualify that person to run a home improvement business. Knowledge, emotional intelligence and experience are recommended as a blueprint for Gerald Marseille and PGC Installation.

  Gerald M******** and his crew were professional and courteous. Gerald was very easy to work with. All of his crew workers were amazing. I had a new roof along with gutters and down spouts installed on my mobile home. Everything looks great. I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again. Thanks again Gerald and your crew for a job well done.
