My wife and I received a called from CVS Specialty Pharmacy on July 21, 2025 from a number (623) ###-4101. The caller identified herself as "******". She reviewed my wife's account and made a comment she wasn't sure why their system auto-dialed our number as the account shows a zero balance due. She then forwarded us on to an ****** who was just as confused and admitted the same. After a long hold, a ***** picked up the call and stated the call was about a past due balance. However, she was showing the account balance was zero. She placed us on hold and then came back stating there was a remark on the account of a balance of $235.00 from three years ago was past due, but was paid. She then shifted the conversation to us enrolling in some sort of insurance. I turned the conversation back to the debt they were calling about. She was scrambling for words as it no longer fit the script she was reading from. I requested a complete review and report from January 2017 to the last purchase and payment. ***** stated they had a major system upgrade two years ago. I then ended the call. Three days later, we got a 6-page report of each prescription filled and payments. All showed paid. One particular payment had to be done by submitting a check through our bank's BillPay system, which was credited to the account. There were times CVS's online system would not allow us to order online and took several attempts to pay the bill online. I returned a copy of the report, a copy of the bank check that was deposited by CVS and a copy of our attorney's advisement to wait for any further action and then he would step in. Three years!! We received no call, no email, and no letter in the US Mail.

0 /10 this is specifically forBlanchester **** CVS.. Im 32 weeks pregnant and just diagnosed with gestational diabetes. The doc sends over prescription for glucose meter kit, I go to pick it up they tell me my insurance wont cover said kit. I then reach out to my insurance to find out which one they will cover they let me know it would be the contour meter kit. Doc sends over the script to cvs I go to pick it up they tell me they have to order it and to come back two days later I come back they tell me its still not in, it is now Friday so they tell me to come back the following Monday they will for sure have it by then. I go back Monday, There is a new associate I told him my birthday and my name he said hold on I will go grab it for you. He hands me a bag and I look inside and its only the lancets and the test strips. So I waited at the window until the pharmacist came and said the meter is not in and its not coming in and didnt they tell you that we cannot take back the lancets and test strips once you have taken them I said these were given to me. They didnt tell me anything I dont know the rules I dont work here.. The pharmacist ******, refused to take back the lancets and test strips although now I am aware that he absolutely could have because I asked corporate when I filed a complaint!! Fast forward to the next day, I called my insurance to get a list of other glucose meter kits that they will cover then I call cvs and asked if the contour meter has come in yet and she got really rude with me and said you were told yesterday you werent getting that meterI said I was but before I give you this list to see if these others are in stock I wanted to make Sure that it hasnt come after she kept cutting me off, she put me on hold then the pharmacist (******) i had talked to yesterday got on the phone and told a whole lie basically saying I told you yesterday I could refund you but once you leave with them we could no longer take them back

I ordered a Rx for delivery. The prescription was never delivered. When I called the pharmacy the pharmacist told me that I can pick it up and then slammed down the phone on **** called the customer service number to file a complaint . The agent said she will contact the store and get back to me. She never called me back. I spoke to her supervisor. The supervisor called the location. Turns out the pharmacist lied to the supervisor.

visited the CVS on July 19, 2025, around 10:00 PM to pick up a few items: a bucket, bottled water, and laundry pods. Almost immediately after entering the store, I noticed an employee following me closely down the aisle, keeping watch in a way that made me feel uncomfortable and singled out. It seemed as though security had directed him to monitor me specifically. After picking up my bucket and laundry pods, the employee approached me and told me I wasnt allowed to place items inside the bucket. I explained that I intended to purchase the bucket, as I had done on previous visits without issue. He simply responded, Thats just the rule, without offering me a basket or suggesting an alternative. The interaction felt abrupt, and I couldnt help but feel that I was being unfairly targeted.I expressed that I believed I was being racially profiled, which he denied. Seeking to report the incident, I approached the cashier, who offered to call a manager. To my dismay, the same employee I had the issue with appeared revealing he was also a manager. When I asked why he was called over despite the conflict, the cashier didnt provide a clear answer.I tried to voice how the situation made me feel uncomfortable, harassed, and disrespected. Rather than listening empathetically, the employee denied any wrongdoing. The cashier, who wasnt present during the initial interaction, jumped in to defend him, saying he just glanced at me and questioning the exact length of time he had stared, which felt patronizing.Even the security guard joined in to excuse the behavior, suggesting the manager may have just miscommunicated the stores policies. The entire experience left me feeling dismissed, profiled, and deeply uncomfortable. Ive been a customer at ********************** for years, but after this incident, I will not be returning. No one deserves to feel harassed or unwelcome while simply trying to shop.

They are signing people up for ********** Plus without telling them there's a $5 monthly charge after I received the charge on my credit card I immediately had to go online create an account and cancel the subscription since they've already charged me they will not refund me per the 800 number when I called today this is unsatisfactory and I barely go to CVS

Ive been shopping with Cvs store number 20 10 one in **********, ******* for the last 20 years to do my store shopping and get my prescriptions. The last couple of months there has been a new Store Manager that is a lady. She was very rude and disrespectful not to allow me, but the customer is behind me. She was cursing and laughing with other employees as me in about five other customers waited for her to finish her conversation with another employee. I then asked may she help me and she told me that I can go to self check out or I can wait for her to finish her conversation. She then went out to say if I cannot wait there is another store across the street that I could go to. I asked for her name she would not give it to me. She just explained that she was the new Store Manager and its not required to give her name. She then still took approximately 2 to 3 minutes to begin to ring us up. Not only me were complaining about the weight, but everyone in line were complaining, but she still never came to help us. During my transaction all she was doing was talking to the other employee About another employee. She was cursing and very disrespectful. Ive never experienced this with Cvs ever but the last couple months have been my worst experience with this store. Me and my whole family shops there, but we will no longer be shopping there due to the new Store Manager and her disrespect

I would NOT recommend CVS OTC at all . They have very limited selection of product and if you find something you need to use all the time ,they will restrict it and wont sell it to you at check out even if it is in stock. They discriminate if you use Aetna health cards to purchase items.
