      If I could give them negative stars I would. They have been horrible to deal with. As others have noted, they make no attempt to contact the patient, they just cancel the prescription, even when it is covered and ordered correctly. Then it takes multiple calls and much time to get them to correct their errors. My company switched plans and they have been terrible since day one. Clearly they care only about $$$. If you can send your prescriptions somewhere else, do that!

      CVS and CVS Caremark are one of the worst pharmacies I've ever encountered and the bar is SO LOW it's surprising to even say that. I've been using Caremark for a while because I was living far from most physical pharmacies and the mail order prescriptions were the only way to get my adhd medications during the shortage. For about a year they worked pretty seamlessly and I got my medications. When I moved recently, they randomly just wouldn't fill my prescription because they needed to confirm my address (which is fine, but when they called they called saying there was an issue with the prescription so I contacted my doctor to have them contact cvs, they never once said I needed to call back to verify my address). Now my prescription is a new one and I can't even see it in my caremark login, they're also telling me I need to update my insurance but there is no place to do that on the website so I call and the phone doesn't ring it's just dead silent. I have had major issues with the physical locations of CVS as well, when they had a pharmacist shortage and just didn't fill everyone's prescriptions for 2-3 weeks and also didn't pick up the phones for that time period either. I did report them to the board and the board did an investigation but a big company like this probably just got a slap on the wrist. Many people are taking life saving medications and this is extremely irresponsible and unethical behavior from a pharmacy.

      I have been on the phone for hours with CVS Caremark to try to get a prescription filled. The first time, they sent it to somebody else in another state by accident. The second time, the order was cancelled. In both situations, I was not notified. When I complained to the supervisor, they said that 'they are going through a new system upgrade'. Needless to say, I will be getting my Rx filled at the local CVS instead.

      Apparently, coverage for free Covid tests purchased at a pharmacy ended in May, 2023 for most insurance plans. However, in July, 2024 the CVS Caremark site still states that reimbursements are offered. When a reimbursement request was made, it was denied. When challenged, CVS Caremark claimed that it wasn't their problem.

      The corporate office from ****************************** were so helpful please increase their salaries and commend them and leadership for great customer service skills teach ************** of ******, US ************ card, Experian, ****************************** Viscard customer service support to enhance their skills to CVS level. I appreciate all their support there and the pharmacies even when corporate is demandingKahala, Ala Moana and ******* except for *****, Jj and **** A

      They have made my life H*** by witholding proper medically required dose. This whole company should be fined by Attorney General for abuse of and taking advantage of patients.

      I have been stuck dealing with them for the last couple of years and its always the same. They constantly cancel my prescription for some random reason and give excuses on what they need. I provide everything they need they tell me they have that info on file already and when I ask what the issue is they say I need to just reorder my medication. I have really bad arthritis and havent had a stable medication routine since my biologic injections come through cvs. The sad thing is I cant go through another agency due to my insurance only allowing cvs to be the specialty medication supplier. Hopefully something will change and it will get better, as of today im almost 2 months with out my medication. CVS Specialty really ***** and they dont care at all.

      When CVS began a new opportunity to pay $10 per year and get $10 every 30 days with this program, I signed up immediately in the early Spring of 2024. When the next month came, I was denied. After going to several CVS's I finally went the closest where I knew the staff several days ago and was told:I was no longer a member I could not get $10 off items once a month Cold water bottles and something else was not included That I would be charged $5 p/m God only knows what other things I as not told.I am requesting a full refund of the original $10 and every $5 they took out of my account.CVS deserves an F minus Thank you,******

      They did not mail my stroke prevention meds to me on time before my current prescription ran out. I had a stroke on 6/6 and on 6/7 was given 30 days of 2 stroke prevention med. On 6/17 my doctor sent prescriptions for both to Caremark. Caremark claimed it was to early to fill them and waited till JULY3 to ship them so they did not arrive in time. I was left without meds and would have suffered another stroke if my doctor had not written me another prescription to a local pharmacy where I paid cash for them because Caremark would not approve the prescription. I will never use Caremark again.
