      I would give Caremark Corp zero stars if possible. My son has type 1 diabetes and uses an insulin pump and CGM, which are quite expensive. We requested a refill on their website for a 90 day fill (we always order 90 days through mail-order since it costs the same as 30 days). However, the prescription needed renewal. *** is always eager to reach out to one's provider to get meds renewed, so I figured it was safe to allow them to contact our provider. HOWEVER, what Caremark did was get a prescription filled for only 30 days and mailed us that, and still charged us what we'd pay for 90 days (the renewed prescription Caremark received was for a 30 day supply with 2 refills, so technically 90 days was authorized!!). When we called Caremark to request our full 90 day supply, they stated that he already received his "once in a lifetime credit" (this happened once before; we were new to this, ****** learned). I understand that physician offices can send differing prescription quantities, but why won't Caremark remedy the problem? Why the heck do they cap a person to one credit ever?!? If a customer paid for a product, how can the company not send it?What I do not understand is how any company can legally send 1/3 quantity of something a customer ordered and paid for. We ordered a 90 day supply, did not receive what we ordered, and we told that nothing can be done to resolve the issue. It just blows my mind that Caremark gets away with highway robbery. Medications are expensive, WHY would a customer want 1/3 of what they paid for???Don't trust Caremark (or CVS for that matter) to do what's best by you. They only care about their bottom dollar.

      Worst specialty pharmacy I've ever dealt with! So many mistakes made by this company trying to get my husband's oral chemo meds which are absolutely critical to keep him from relapsing while awaiting a donor lymphocyte infusion. It has been 2+ weeks of mix-*** and double-processing by this pharmacy, and finally after conferencing in my insurance company and the CVS pharmacist, I was told yesterday it would ship *** to us overnight for delivery today (11/21). They even sent me a *** tracking number. *** has confirmed that although *** did, in fact, print a shipping label, they have yet to tender the package to ***. Now *** is having trouble locating the package! Over the past 2+ weeks I've literally spent at least 12 hours on the phone with their representatives with no resolution. If my husband's condition worsens due to their mishandling of this script, I will do everything in my power to bring them to task. If ever you have a choice of specialty pharmacies, DO NOT USE CVS CAREMARK!

      The prices are way to high... it is almost impossible to get my meds because there is not a cvs in my town...

      If I could I would give them a negative number. I have a life saving med that I'd over 4k a month and I have a state co pay card that pays all my co pays on this particular med. They refused to take the card and tried to charge me ******** co pay. That's over half my ssdi a month I fought and fought and no one listened. ****************

      cvs caremark stole my prescription from the medicine shoppe. they never notified me or asked for my consent. when i called medicine shoppe to find out why i didnt receive it, they told me it had already been filled somewhere else. i had to call my insurance to find out what happened. i didnt know that was even legal, but since im on ********* i guess that means i dont have the right to choose what happens with my medicine? when i tried to contact cvs caremark about this issue, they hung up on me. repeatedly. since i cant afford an attorney, i tried asking my onsurance to block them from my case but apparently this is not possible. so i have zero security about whether or not ill receive my meds.

      CVS Caremark is the worst! You literally have to go through hoops to get them to approve any medication and if it costs too much, they wont approve it. If my doctor puts me on a medication, its because he thinks that medication will benefit me. But for whatever reason, CVS Caremark denies to approve it over and over again. I pay for insurance for a reason and yet I cant even get the medication I need with them. I do not recommend CVS Caremark to anyone. I dont understand how they still have business.

      Horrible experience attempting to cancel the account of my elderly uncle. Called a month ago with my uncle next to me to cancel the account. Had to speak to three separate people before we were assured the account was cancelled. And now a month later I receive a letter in the mail stating they are refilling one of his prescriptions that costs over $620. Called again to confirm account was cancelled only to be told they couldn't speak to me without him on the phone. When I responded that he was on the phone a month prior to cancel the account, was then told they couldn't talk to me now. After asking to speak a a supervisor, who was nearly as incompetent as the first ******** service representative, I finally told them it would be easier to call the doctor's office and tell them not to issue the refill orders and that I'd call the credit card company and block the charges. What a racket CVS is running ripping off the elderly. It would have probably been easier to initially have called and said my uncle had died in order to cancel. It's no wonder legislation is being passed to make it easier to cancel subscriptions through corporations. Do yourself a favor and patronize your local pharmacy.

      I could give zero stars if I can. This pharmacy is the most terrible pharmacy I have ever used in my life. All the customer representatives over the phones don't give two fudge about patient care and their medications. They are just there for paycheck and hated their checks. They have messed up my prescriptions over and over and over and over. Unfortunately, I have to use this pharmacy because that is the only pharmacy federal **** uses or I'm gonna have to pay the entire medications out of pocket if I get my medication fills at a different pharmacy. I praying and hoping that all the *** specialty pharmacy get shut down including the representatives too. Every month that I call, I speak to different people about the same medications that I have been taking for over a decade and they ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS messed something up and I have to fight with somebody about it monthly. Its a disgrace that I have to go through this kind of situation, and our HR don't care when you complain to them about it. What a terrible world I live in.

      Very shady company would not honor my plans $120 copay, charged me $1062 copay unless I signed up with a partner company to get it for $0, but what happened with the $120 copay that my BCBS plan states, of course **** did nothing
