      Outrageously poor service. We submitted a request for an early refill, were told we had to wait five more days for it to be filled, then were told it would take up to two days to be sent out, then after two days were told it would be sent the following day, then again the following day told it would be sent the following day. Now it is the weekend and they won't ship on weekends. They have ruined our Christmas travel plans.

      Do not set up a payment plan with this company. They require you to do auto payments and halfway through the payment plan they will quit holding out the payments and send you to collections. No warning at all.

      Its became so difficult to have prescriptions filled since the insurance provider switched to CVS Caremark, and it is nearly impossible to get logged into my account without being froze. Continuous password resetting! CVS Caremark is a terrible exploit and deprives myself of needed medications.

      I think this is the worst possible prescription insurance company there is!!!!! Theyre actually letting me go without medication because of paperwork that nobody from their office wants to make a phone call to my doctor. They just blame the doctor. The doctor said they did the paperwork. Its a constant loop of nonsense and Im without my injection I take every 2 weeks for Asthma, now. This is disgraceful!!

      The most awful so called "prescription insurance" company ever! They change the prices of your medicine when ever they want to from $25 00 to over $700 a month!. Then say it's was always been that price. I am so sick of this company, I will do without medicine shame on the greedy rich CEO when we do have another option for medicine. Refusing to pay for meds that a qualified doctor *********** They need to be shut down!

      CVS PHARMACY ILLEGALLY DEBITED ***** FROM MY INCOME AND GAVE IT TO SPITZ LAW FIRM ILLEGALLY WHERE NO LIEN OR LIEN ATTACHMENT TO MY **** MSA SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT ************** EXIST. THEIR COMPANY AETNA RESOURCES LLC OWED IT AS TORTFEASOR IN A TITLE VII CIVIL RIGHTS OF **** GROUNDED RACE AND DISABILITY EMPLOYMENT DISCRIMINATION CLAIM AND ****, **** CIVIL RIGHTS AND OSHA WHISTLEBLOWER RETALIATION CHARGE. THEY CONSPIRED TO COMMIT GRAND THEFT OF PROPERTY SEIZED WITHOUT CONSENT EQUITABLE PROPERTY NEVER SAFEGUARD IN INTEREST BEARING TRUST, ESCROW, COURT REGISTRY, IOLTA, OR ANY SEPARATE IDENTITY FUND WITH FIDUCIARY TITLE. Then CVS HEALTH PHARMACY gives the stolen property to SPITZ LAW who has no lien or attachment on the **** settlement NOR any legal binding settlement of their own or any ACTUAL WORK AT ALL

      This friggin ** doesn't deserve a 1. My wife has went through h*** for years with her meds, they are not a Dr and they should not be able to tell a person what to take. They don't have meds in stock most of the time. I wished my ** would change ins **'s, UHC and get rid of CVS. A person should be able to go where they want to for their Rx's and not be told where to go. Thanks to ***** admin for this, BIG PHARM stinks.

      The Specialty pharmacy is horrible. My husband's most recent experience involved his "month long" prescription. His order arrived with one pill in each bottle for a month of anti-rejection medication. When he phoned the pharmacy, they said the order was only for one day of medication. We have had difficulty with prescriptions in the past being "no refills" But we know the doctor ordered 1 year of refills. Because we have insurance through the ******************, and we are required to use this pharmacy for the specialty medicines, we are roundly disgusted with their lack of professionalism and lack of integrity in making sure the medicines get to the patient as prescribed by the physician and in a timely manner. My biggest issue is the requirement that state employees use the *** specialty pharmacy. We should be able to choose the pharmacy rather than be limited to only one low performing agency.

      Terrible service. Not sure how they're able to operate legally. They're the only prescription insurance offered by every option available through my employer's health benefits, so I have no choice in the matter.They refuse to cover prescriptions through any pharmacy other than CVS, and of course there are no CVS locations near me. So every month I need to pay for transit to a faraway CVS location, and take the journey. The mail service alternative isn't an option for me, either, because not only is it more costly, but also they constantly have issues filling my prescriptions and the delivery delays constantly make it so that I'd be missing several doses of important medications.On top of all that, they constantly refuse coverage for medications my doctors have prescribed. At this point I'm just funneling money to them monthly for nothing in return.
