    Twice in a row for 2 months theyve charged my card $105 for a membership. I paid for a 3 month student pass in July. This was a one time fee and this scumbag owner had charged me non stop. 7/24/23 was the one time purchase for a 3 month pass as I was moving away. I dont even live there anymore. I even called and asked to remove my card from the account. I had to change my card number tonight after finding out I was charged again. I disputed with my credit card company and they cant even get in contact with them. This gym has horrible reviews and only getting worse.

    I initially cancelled my membership last year with a formal letter and mailed it in. I assumed that it was lost in the mail and life got busy and I didn't cancel until this year. Once having cancelled it, I received an email from the owner of the gym saying that all cancellation fees were waived, other than the fees that I owed. Per my contract, I owed two future months until my membership was over-I understand that. I unknowingly was charged, $453.30 to my bank account due to (January-March 2022 charge to my account was "declined," /late fees, processing fees and upcoming May and June month charges). She blocked my phone number as I initially attempted to reach out to speak over the phone. I was only able to leave one voicemail and then all my calls were unable to go through following that. I then reached out to her by email and was not given a FULL invoice of all fees charged by month. I was only sent one invoice and that was explaining the May and June charges that I owe (to which I understand) and the annual fee. I started my membership on June 6 2021 and then paid the July 2021 annual fee. She is charging me the annual fee of July 2023 when my membership ends JUNE 2023. My bank account never changed and she so claims that her charge to my account was "declined." She then was able to continue charging me after starting April of 2022 until now. Because she was unable to charge my account for those three months she is now charging me the late fees!! I agree with the other reviews, as this is horrible business practice!
