      My girlfriend purchased a driver racing experience for Christmas 2023. I booked my event for March 16, 2024. On January 17, 2024 they rescheduled my event for March 23, 2024. On March 22, *************************************************************************** regarding a reschedule. Never heard anything back. When I called, there was no answer. Upon further investigation I learned they had closed the business. Rusty should be ashamed of himself, a multi-millionaire taking advantage of hard working common folk. My girlfriend drives a school bus and works 3 shifts at a restaurant on the weekends. This was a real stretch for her to do this for me. These people need to be brought to justice!

      I bought a racing package on 12/27/2022 to race on 4/16/23. It was cancelled from the business and moved to 6/25/23. The 6/25/23 race was cancelled due to weather so i moved it to the ********** location on 12/25/23. It was cancelled again by the business so i moved it back to the ******* location on 2/10/24. It was cancelled again for weather so I moved it to 5/11/24 and it was cancelled for scheduling conflicts at the track. I said i would email back to pick yet another date and/or location. When I reached back out I never got a reply and I would like my purchase refunded.

      I purchased the tickets in May of 2024. Our appointment was on May 5th, 2024. This ticket was a anniversary present to my husband for 1 year anniversary of marriage. On May 2nd I received an email from the company stating that the weather was too bad to have the event at ****************************** so it was canceled but I could call within 12 months to have it rescheduled. I call the number on July 12th 2024. The young lady that I spoke with said she would try to fit us in on October 26th, 200 4 in *********. When I did not receive a confirmation of October 26th a call back and the gentleman I spoke with mentioned to call back at the first of the year for the new schedule. A call back on January 7th 2025. The phone was disconnected and the email address no longer existed. I will like a refund of the fee for the exotic driving. I do have a copy of that email showing that they were going to actually reschedule me within 12 months.

      I purchased a Rusty Wallace Driving Experience for my husband as a gift. It was scheduled to take place at ***************** on August 10, 2024. Two days prior they emailed me to say due to weather it will be cancelled, I rescheduled for 2025. On September 5, 2024 I received another email from them stating they were "suspending all operations effective immediately". They stated I should reach out to my credit card company for a refund of $471.70 My credit card company informed me it is to be refunded by Rusty Wallace Racing not my credit card company themselves. When I emailed Rusty Wallace (as stated to do if your credit card company wouldn't refund per their closing letter) to request my refund they do not respond - now the email address has been suspended. I have called - phone disconnected. Written several letters - address no longer valid. I sent a signature required letter to one of his MANY dealerships demanding a refund, it was signed for and ignored. This is a 100% scam - they took money for all these events KNOWING they were going to close and now refuse refunds to people. FRAUD should be punished by law. I clearly am not the only person wanting their money back!!!

      Purchased RWRE as Christmas present for Orlando Raceway 3/16/24 rescheduled for 3/23 canceled due to weather but it wasnt raining here! Now out of business!

      I PURCHASED A RUSTY WALLACE RACING EXPERIENCE PACKAGE, FOR MY HUSBAND AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT. IT WAS PURCHASED 11/19/23 WITH A 2 YEAR EXPIRE DATE. 10/21/24 HE WENT ONLINE TO BOOK THE **** AND FOUND THEY ARE OUT OF BUSINESS. PHONE # FOR REFUNDS IS OUT OF BUSINESS, NO REPLY TO SEVERAL EMAILS, ****** AND BANK CANT REFUND BECAUSE ITS PAST 180 DAYS SINCE PURCHASE. THIS HAD 2 YEARS EXPIRE AND WE TRIED TO BOOK LESS THAN 1 YEAR AFTER PURCHASE. THIS I FRAUD ! IF THEY WERE GOING OUT OF BUSINESS THEY SHOULD HAVE REFUNDED OUTSTANDING PURCHASES. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD !!!

      I purchased a voucher for the Rusty Wallace driving experience in 11/2023 for $313.95. The race slated for 8/2024 was cancelled due to weather and rescheduled to 2025. Shortly thereafter, the business closed down and will not be scheduling any additional races. The website suggested disput with the bank, which I did. They denied, stating I need to dispute this with the vendor, who does not respond to emails and the phone # is out of order. I cannot get a refund for a service I never received.

      I placed this order for my father and I in February 2024 for an event in August 2024. There was no communication to the myself or from what I've heard any other customers that they abruptly went out of business and canceled the event. There was no notification of this to myself. Everyone I've talked to said that 100s of people showed up to the racetrack the day of the event and were told it was canceled and the company never showed up. When you call them you get a message similar to the TRE3.pdf I uploaded that you should go back to your bank or point of sale to get a refund and my bank told me it was to far ago and my bank told me to file a compliant here. The Racing Experience also said if your bank cant help you to email them and they make no promise to review your emails or to issue refunds. I have emailed them 2 times and gotten no response. I know I'm not the only one effected I was hoping there would already be a claim I could join in on.

      I reserved an Exotic Car driving experience with payment in April 2024. I received a confirmation for my event date set at 05/05/24. Prior to the event date, I received an email notice that the event will be rescheduled due to inclement weather. Through a direct email communication, with prompt responses, I was able to reschedule my event for 10/27/24. As the October reschedule date approached, I received no communication, so I reached out to the provided phone number and email in my confirmation. The phone number had been disconnected, the company website showed that they had gone out of business and my email was returned by a mailer daemon.I paid $204.41 in April, and due to the 180-day return policy of my payment method, my dispute was declined.This company took my money and never delivered their services. I believe they are a fraudulent organization.

      Date of transaction: 2/6/24 Amount: $1304.82 Voucher code: N4XKFL Receipt #****-8693 I Purchased a gift voucher for my husbands birthday. The voucher is valid until ******. The voucher was for an experience at ****************** to drive a ****** race car for 20. Laps. It also included an upgraded car, a ride along , VIP upgrade and insurance. We went to look at dates for the coming year and the website is gone the phone numbers dont work. I sent 3 emails to ****************************************** asking for a refund. I havent received a reply.The information I have found says to go back to your bank. However If a debit card was used the bank will tell you to go back to the vendor its a vendor dispute. Thank you,
