    Received an ion shower Bluetooth speaker as a gift. The item had no chargwr/wire that was supposed to come with the product. I am 71 and disabled and.l tried to contact the company. No luck

    i have a ion ilp usb record player one that can hook ipad or ipad using old school connector the player when i use it the record i platy start out weird and them once up to speed sounds fine the player had cut in it were belt **** replaced belt it dose sme thing when replaced belt record sounded weird took long time to just get it to were it is now place no funning older man voice on frainke ****** record i have, something not right i did try to email but no one getting back to me if can replace thsi with other usb record player i would be happy alsio dont have receipt anymore thanks *** ****

    I purchased the Film Score Companion Software from Sonivox more than 1 year ago, however, it's not fair to me that I can't file a complaint against this company because of that. They need to be responsible with their out of date software if they are going to sell it.I know it's not their fault that my old computer died and I had to replace it, but what I do feel is their responsibility is to update their software or give people their money back so they can purchase software from companies that sell you updated software!After multiple contacts through their website, phone calls, non-existent chat support, I have given up on contacting them because no one is there. You can clearly see on the website they are refusing to update their software, asking you to not update because you will have problems. I have software that I purchased over 10 years ago and all those companies have provided me with free updates to run on my new computer. That is all I'm asking from Sonivox. I was not able to mix my new album due to their lack of customer service and support. I had to find alternative software solutions to replace the software I purchased from them.I will never purchase anything from them in the future and I don't want other hard working musicians to waste their money on a company like this that refuses to update their software!It speaks volumes about what is happening, because if you look at the cost of that same bundle I purchased, it's now only worth $39.00!

    My name is ********* with Sonivox. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with your purchase. After looking at our records, I can see that you spoke with one of our live chat agents on the 20th of June, 2023. However, none of these concerns were raised. We have no other emails from you stating that you are having trouble. We strive to be as transparent as possible with our compatibility. On the product page for Film Score Companion, the minimum requirements are clearly stated. What type of computer did you purchase that is not compatible? It would need to be a Mac, running an apple Silicon and/or macOS ******, which is brand new for Film Score Companion to not be compatible. The software is compatible with the minimum requirements listed below. We encourage users not to update when our software is not yet compatible with the latest OS. This is standard practice in the music industry, as many of us are also musicians, and have had the misfortune of accidentally updating our OS and losing all functionality of our much-needed tools. However, as you can see, Film Score Companion is updated to work up to the penultimate version to the current macOS version, which is 14 Sonoma. It is also updated to work with all current versions of Windows (win11). I am afraid that in accordance with our refund policy: (******************************************************), this purchase would not be eligible for a refund. In addition, we would only be able to provide refunds in instances where the software was purchased from sonivoxmi.com directly, and I was not able to find any purchases made under the provided email address.

    Please be sure that you are running the 2022 updates of each individual plugin, which are found on the respective product pages.
