- The company states Numark is the manufacturer. Our products are available to the
general public through Authorized Numark dealers. Numark does not sell
products directly to the public. Refund and/or exchange inquiries
should be directed to the authorized dealer from which the Numark product
was purchased, and will be subject to the policies of the dealer.
Numark finished goods generally carry a 1 year day parts-and-labor warranty when purchased from an authorized dealer. Mixers carry a 3 year warranty, refurbished goods carry a 90 day warranty. A printed copy of the warranty is included with each product. For a copy of the Numark Warranty, contact us at [email protected].
Numark does sell parts and accessories direct to the public. Parts and accessories sales
are final, however, defective items will be exchanged for a like item
