      I dont understand the billing system, I singed a contract telling me how much Im goin to pay suddenly Im paying two times the amountThen they said it was a calculation error and I need to keep the contract because the can change the price of their plans at any time with out telling or notifying you

      Complete dissaster, the merge or change to liberty. They are not qualified to deal with this type of opperations, lost of signals accounts numbers changed ,charges belonging to others custumer ,wrong info on the account 611 service worth a ***** no places to call no custumer service, no other competitive company

      **************** is not existent Service 45 minutes to an hour. Wait for Spanish for English. Forget it Ive been trying for the last week and I run out of battery just on hold They bought **** three years ago and they still dont know what theyre doing They try to change everything over the last week or so and nothing but mess *** phones are not syncing Out of the four cell phone that I got in for Apple watches, one is connected the essay give them time going on 10 days now **** not happy that you sold us out

      The absolute worst cell phone coverage in the Virgin Islands since they took over for ***** Low/no cell phone signal where we used to have full bars of service. Residents daily are getting emails that their account is no longer associated with their phone ******. This is after being forceably migrated to ***** Even with a stateside billing address and phone ******. My husbands ****** (which is the primary on the account) no longer works, but mine inexplicably does. No rhyme or reason. No proactively communicating with customers about potential issues, even though they have been cropping up amongst their customers for months. What little communication there is comes from a sketchy Puerto Rico ****** rather than a corporate ******. It reads like spam. If you thought **** was bad after Hurricane ****, just wait until youre forced over to Liberty. Its a new low, even for the small ********* that is continually underserved.

      They have stolen my funds and repeatedly charged me EVEN AFTER I ported my number to a different company, I cancelled autopay and they refuse to resolve the issue. When I went to the kiosk for help, they threatened to call the police on me, I've filed a complaint through the telecommunications negotiations of Puerto Rico,but I know that'll never get looked into. I almost barely paid rent because of this. This NEEDS to be investigated by the federal government or whomever.

      Since the merge with **** My service is intermittent and sometimes is on SOS mode for hours. I have no access to my own account and every time I tried to add it it gives an error. I haven't receive monthly bill since October when I requested a payoff of my devices in order to move to another company with reliable service and customer service. In occasions customer service put me on hold or a transfer and hang up the call. It's been constant calls to try solve the problem and I'm being neglected by this company. No access online, at the store or by customer service by phone, whatsapp among other ways including social media.

      Todo estuvo bien hasta que les dije que necesitaba servicio
      hasta el 12 de diciembre, me cortaron el servicio antes de tiempo, me
      colgaron el teléfono y me dijeron que había una avería cuando mi vecino
      del lado tenía servicio. Soy un cliente de años estoy bien decepcionada.

       


      Translation:Everything was fine until I told them I needed service until December 12th, they cut off my service early, hung up on me and told me there was a breakdown when my next door neighbor had service. I have been a customer for years and I am very disappointed.
