      Please dont use this company the customer service is absolutely horrible. My mom got a promotional rate for 1 yr and 2 months later they started charging her the regular rate. Getting this resolved was a waste of time after the contract expired then getting the service disconnected was a nightmare still waiting. Was transferred 4 times and then they told us they couldnt cancel the service until next month. And didnt have a confirmation # to give us. My poor mom overpaying on direct billing that we cannot stop and at the mercy of total incompetence then its like the customer service is having a party the background noise is so loud you cannot hear yourself talk. Its almost like its not real. So basically when contract is over you are forced to keep the service until the next billing cycle. Unheard of!!! They wont prorate like ALL other utility and communication companies do. Its unheard of. They refuse to adjust the overpayment my mom made but would confirm she was on a promotional plan and over paid. Its almost like the operations are not being managed within the laws. Please dont risk it. Dont contract them because if you need any assistance you will feel like youre in a bottomless black hole. **************** is so disconnected and unorganized they cannot explain why these deceptive practices other than thats what our policy is but they cant give you those policies.

      Worst company ever!! Mobile service is the worst- they bought AT&T and were not prepared for it, did not allow customers to stay with their (***) numbers in mainland US and have the the worst automated customer service that hangs up and never allows you to talk to a human. BUT I can also talk about their residential services: landline phone, internet and cable TV. Well, THEY ALL SUCK BIG TIME!!! All the time it’s out of service, upload/download speeds SUCK, it’s horrible how they control the channels and programs. Can you believe that programs from one network, they put on another or they don’t show it?! Example: Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy which are ABC, they play on CBS. The Kelly Clarkson Show is of NBC and they play it first t 9am in CBS and then at 3pm in NBC. Their channel selection package is horrible- all for money $$!! They are not really Liberty Puerto Rico. They are Liberty from Central or South America and their calling center, which sucks, is from there so they really have no idea of anything here in PR. They get an F from me!

      Liberty has not proven that they have the mindset to provide comprehensive customer care and support, from the complete lack of interest in assisting a customer in resolving an issue with home internet until several calls have been made filing many complaints. To the lack of accountability in transitioning from **** cellular service to Liberty mobile, I was never informed that my service had been cancelled through **** as I had auto payments enabled. Until my service was cancelled with a $1200 balance did I discover that Liberty had picked up my wireless account, After several calls and going to the completely useless website which does not even show that I have a wireless account either. I have decided to terminate my service with Liberty as there are many other providers who have demonstrated far superior product, price, customer service and a willingness to step up to performing at a higher level of adequacy for their clients. Liberty has not proven to be up to the task of providing anything of value for their customers... RUN AWAY!!!

      This company does not know anything about nothing. The WORST experience I ever had in my life with a utility service. Liberty ***** app does not work, they dont answer the phone or when they answer they can't help with anything. Oh wait the know how to create a case number and how to close it without resolving the issue and without notification.

      Lamentablemente **** pas a Liberty, el pasado mes ******** casi a finales de mes se realizo la fusion de **** a Liberty , desde que se realiz este cambio la aplicacion (app) de visual voicemail mi telfono no da aviso de que tengo un mensaje, en las oficinas me atendi una empleada muy amable que **** de ayudarme sin exito. Para resumir, el caso est en los ingenieros de sistema que no saben que hacer, porque alegan que arreglaron la situacin y no es cierto, es increble que el equipo de sistemas de esta compaa no puedan trabar con un app ????? cuando tengan una demanda por alguna emergencia que no pudo ser atendida por no tener aviso de un mensaje de voz, cambiaran el departamento de sistema completo, no se si ese departamento esta igualmente en ********************, lo varato termina contando mas.

      Awful customer service!!! They are rude and unhelpful. Service is horrible. Tried to contacted via phone and the line sounded busy for hours. Tried to contact them via chat and waited for more than half an hour and no response. They NEVER responded to my messages. They should go out of business!!!

      No tengo sealLas llamadas no entranLas llamadas no salen Las barras de seal desaparecen El internet en la residencia se cae cada ***** minutos si estoy viendo NetflixQuise comprar un IPhone de un Tera y luego de cancelar mi pedido en tres ocasiones, termin comprndolo con APPLE STORE ES CLARO QUE NO CUENTAN CON LA CAPACIDAD PARA MANEJAR EL VOLUMEN SERVICIO -1.0

      Complete dissaster, the merge or change to liberty. They are not qualified to deal with this type of opperations, lost of signals accounts numbers changed ,charges belonging to others custumer ,wrong info on the account 611 service worth a ***** no places to call no custumer service, no other competitive company
