    These people are crooks! I have not smoked since 1994! And these people claim they found ash in my car! And charged me $220 on top of what I paid do not I repeat do not use this company.

    Do NOT rent from these people! I rented a vehicle for 3 days! I signed the rental agreement and went over everything on it with the *** for $357! They also took a $250 deposit which was returned to me at the time I returned the vehicle. I picked it up at 3pm and returned it in at 5am. I was supposed to get the difference back from that and instead they turned around and took out an extra $47 from my account and literally not one person was able to tell me why!!!!!! On top of that the vehicle was given to me with less than a half a tank of gas and DIRTY inside. I also returned it with more gas than I picked it up with!!! I dont know what shady stuff is going on at that place! Ive been calling their CORPORATE office and still cant get anyone too assist let alone explain what the heck is going on!

    This is the worst experience I have ever had renting a vehicle. The car was infested with roaches and the employees dont seem to help fix the issues they wanna put chemicals and give us back the car with my kids having to sit in there! This took me an hour an a half the first time to get the vehicle another 2 hours to change it it wasted my whole day trying to rent a car. I want to get reimbursed

    If I could leave zero stars I would ! Super unprofessional and rude. I paid $209 to reserve the vehicle, I got there the shuttle took two hours to get us from the airport and upon arriving at the business to get our vehicle they charged me an additional $739 in order to take the vehicle. Upon the return they said I was good to go then the guy who received the car called the guy at the counter and said the car was filthy .. which it wasnt so he charged me an additional $150 dollars to clean the vehicle.. this place is a scam and I still have yet to receive my deposit. I am surprised they are still even operational.

    This company is a scam. Used Travelocity to rent a car from Next Car. Travelocity price was $187. Next Car price was $243 with taxes, fees. Then they added a $150 deposit and $50 prepaid gas charge. Had the car for 6 days but only drove 50 miles. **** still full when returned but still had to pay the $50. I ordered a mid size car, but was given a ****** Corolla, which is a compact car. Anyway, car was perfect until I went to return it and Next Car Attendant said I scratched to bumper. Looked like dog p*** on bumper. No scratch noted, just something brown laying on bumper. When I went to touch it, I was told I was not allowed. The bumper was clean when I topped off the gas tank with 1 gallon of gas at nearby station. I was t6hen told that an accident report had to be files and forfeited my $150 deposit, I was then told i could not leave until I signed their tablet. I walked away, then remembered I forgot my phone. Went back to get it. Asked the attendant how to delete my phone from the **** he said he already did. I again walked away, and saw that my phone was still connected. I deleted the connected from my phone. I called Next Car customer support, was given another number to call, where message has not been returned. Never use this company. Also looked at Yelp reviews. Multiple 1 star reviews. Will never use them again.

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I was not allowed to use my personal insurance because I don't own a 2018 or newer vehicle. I ask the guy where's is that in your rental policy? He said is my responsibility to look at my reservations agreement. Believe me I looked everywhere and that's NOWHERE in there's rental policy.
    What this company doing is completely wrong and almost illegal. They're baiting customers with really low prices just to get them there. Keep in mind that you have to take a shuttle from the airport, so you're almost forced to take the car at double the original price you agreed.

    this place should be shut down, total ****, i made a rental reservation for 1/3 of this year, for noon pick up, got to this **** location at 11:30am, the line was out the door with lots of other customers who also were told they didn’t have any workers at the moment to clean, inspect and refuel return vehicles, i told them that was not my problem…so what can i do, i already pre paid etc….the one employee there that day told the entire lobby, we were welcome to just go elsewhere and the reservation would simply expire and i would be refunded, well that didn’t happen, i disputed the charges with my credit card company…yes i was billed …and the audacity of Next car was to send a copy of the cancellation policy….so they charged me for a car they couldn’t provide because they had no workers and their reason for stealing my money is…didn’t cancel 48 hours prior…now if this is not a **** or even legal.then i don’t know what is, stay away from here…just go to any review sites and you will see the reviews of this place….all the complaints are the same…beware
