Staff are the rudest people on the planet. We drove over an hour to try on dresses and left within 10 minutes of being in the store. My daughter didn't feel comfortable going in the back by herself, and the staff made a huge deal about mothers not being allowed in the back with their children. My daughter is only 13, and if she feels comfortable about something, then their is a reason for those feelings! We will never return and never recommend this place to anyone.

As an organization we do try our best to make every customer feel comfortable, just as we did in this case, but the customer is conveniently leaving out. First, the way our store works is that we have 30+ dressing rooms in the prom section and stationed in halls of the fitting rooms we have staff members, mostly those of high school age, that will assist the customers with any zipping or clipping what may be necessary for the gown. These are expensive gowns, some ranging from over $1000, and we have our staff zip so no customer can be liable for damage to the dresses in the store. After they are ready to show their family, they walk out onto the "stage" and take a look in our giant runway mirrors. We do this because it is an experience for these girls, but we understand that not all girls may be comfortable with this set up. In this case we offer to take the customer and their party over to ****** where there are private rooms for the customer to try on - in these circumstances we still have an employee on hand to at least help zip the gown. These accommodations were offered to this client, and though she was escorted over to the bridal area for a private room, they did not stay long - assuming they were still uncomfortable with a staff member zipping the gowns. Again, this is only for the safety of our gowns and the customers wallet - no one wants to have to pay for a dress to be repaired that they aren't purchasing. Our goal is to make every girl feel comfortable in our store and beautiful in their dream dress, we just wish we would have had the opportunity to do so in this case.
