    Afte using a logo I purchaseed with them 6 years ago. I get an email for ransom telling me they will sell the rights of the logo purchased to another company out from underneith me. I got emails and texts to my old contact info as well as new contact info I have had created since using this logo 6 years prior. STRAIGHT UP SCAM CROOKS

    Hi,

    We do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.The logo design symbol was purchased from us back in 2016, however, no ownership rights were purchased. The sale executive Adam B********** sent an email to client with an opportunity to secure the rights to the logo design symbol since it was still available on our website for purchase.
    As per our terms and conditions: the Company may transfer the copyrights of Design to Customer, based on a separate exclusive rights Sale Agreement. With exclusive rights purchase, Company agrees to remove Design symbol from Company database within 3 business days upon successful processing of sale with an agreed sum paid by Customer. The Company retains all ownership, copyrights and any other rights to the Company Design. Customer is prohibited from selling, assigning, modifying, recreating, or transferring rights to the Company Design.  To know more about our terms, please visit the following link.

    We never force our clients to purchase the rights. The client can continue the usage of the design symbol. However, we will be the owner of this symbol since no rights were purchased from us. Please feel free to reply us if you need further clarification.

    I made a design back in October 2020. Banner said there were free monthly edits, but apparently this required a $15 monthly fee. I didn't notice the charge on my credit card for a while. When I contacted them, they pointed out that I signed up for the monthly fee. I'm never too big to admit that I somehow missed the detail and I asked them to cancel back in October 2021. Lo and behold, I've still been charged. Mind you, they keep texting me to see if I want to buy the logo outright. This time I contacted them and they claimed they couldn't find the account. When they finally did, they said that I canceled "the other" service back in October that charges $15. Problem for them is that I have the text proof that I only signed up (inadvertently) for the one service and I told them to cancel my account back in October. They again are trying to sell me the logo outright. I told them they need to refund me and now thye are calling me, I'm sure to try to sell me more services I just don't need. I admit I apparently didn't read the fine details when I first signed up but to keep charging me after I clearly canceled is reprehensible. It's all weird to me because it's actually a reasonable website from a user aspect and why they'd need to resort to tactics like this is beyond me. I do have all texts between me and the company. I only request the $45 charged since I canceled with them.

    The client purchased the new logo design on Den 19th,2019, and paid the amount of $37. On the checkout page, the client authorized the quarterly subscription of $15 manually and completed the payment via credit card. The client mentioned the incorrect date in the claim Oct 2020 and there was no monthly charge. In addition to that, there was no official email received from the client on Oct 2021 for canceling the account along with the edit subscription. Moreover, the email was received on Aug 29th,2022 for the deactivation. We replied to the client with confirmation that the account and the subscriptions were canceled.

    As per our terms and conditions, it is mentioned that: In case of subscription to editable design services, you may opt to cancel any time you like. Cancellation shall reflect in the subsequent months statement. There shall be no chargeback or refund once the fee is charged.

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  It took a lot of work and they kept asking me to take down my reviews. They then claimed they could only refund part of the money and wanted to give me site credit, which is of course ridiculous. But at the end, they finally refunded my money and I did take down my reviews as they requested so I consider this case closed. Hopefully they treat future customers better. Thank you BBB for your help.
