  This company is a terrible choice if you are looking for a property mangers, they lack the skills to complete repairs properly or in a timely manner. as a Tennent of them I can speak to the fact that they take 6 to 8 months to even look at the repair needed let alone fixing it. when they do fix something they have the habit of harassing the Tennent that requested the repair. and the lack of communication is something I have never seen before. they will repeatedly breach the contract they agree to for example not giving proper notice before arriving on the property. I hope that if someone is in need of a property manager that One Focus Property Management is the last place they consenter due to the way they treat their tenants.

  While we understand that lease terminations can be emotional, we want to address the concerns raised with accurate information.Since beginning management of this property in January 2024, Mr. ***** ****** submitted four maintenance requests. All were addressed in a timely manner. Two involved appliance replacementsa washing machine and refrigeratorwhich required some lead time due to ordering and delivery logistics. During that period, we provided a loaner refrigerator to ensure the resident had access to refrigeration.Water staining in the living room was first identified by our team during a preventive maintenance inspection on January 14, 2024. When Mr. ****** informed us on June 13, 2025 that the issue had worsened, we dispatched a technician within three days, on June 16, 2025, to complete the necessary repairs, including recaulking the tub.We performed property condition visits on April 29 and May 7, 2025, due to serious housekeeping concerns. Regarding notice of entry, our policy is to provide 24-hour notice whenever possible. In one recent case, a same-day opportunity became available in a technicians schedule, and we notified Mr. ****** at 8:30 a.m. before the technician's visit that day.The property owner has chosen not to renew the lease and instructed us to issue a termination. Notice was delivered on June 17, 2025, with a move-out date of August 31, providing 74 days of advance notice.We take our responsibility to both property owners and residents seriously and are confident that our handling of this tenancy reflects a professional and consistent approach to property management.

  They scam me for $225. Because we left the house in perfectly clean condition. Since the apartment was occupied by all adults. We left clean tub sinks and kitchen walls. They charge us 3 hours cleaning fee. Plus I never really received anything in the mail regarding that I owed them any amount. Until 2 months later I received a text message regarding how my name is going to sent to collections.
  
  They should have communicated properly. When ask for evidence of why the cleaning was needed because we left the apartment in perfectly good shape. They can't share those pictures that entails deep cleaning was needed.
  
  This was a very frustrating experience.
