    Osprey ******************* @ ****************************************** for any rental property. ***************** takes advantage of tenants. When returning my deposit for a rental lease for a year they charged me for wear/tear and things that we never addressed when living there. Backyard patio weeds from rocks $210 and torn screen door which was there when I moved in they never fixed due to maintenance not having a hair dryer to add the screen, Loose outlets in Living room and door k**** being loose... which again was there when I moved in $179.82, hinges from wear and tear $149 in one bedroom and a replace of a broken blind, Window sill needs repainted $65.00 Bathroom towel ring is loose $50.00 and toilet handle cracked $49. total of $702.82 Fireplace never used charged for cleaning. as per lease.. charged $468 to vacuum and clean windows. These fees are insane.

    ACCESS TO PAY ONLINE DECEMBER 2022 MONTHLY PMT HAS BEEN DENIED TO ME. SINCE OCTOBER 2022,MULTIPLE REQUESTS via Phone calls EMAILS,TEXTS have been ignored .The December 5TH Response WAS inept INCLUDING no response to reset passwords when they know security answers required to be RESET . Seems company seeks, lusts late payments. Which is illegal by FTC. GETTING JOLLIES OUT OF THIS PRACTICE IS ILLEGAL, AND REQUIRES A INVESTIGATION WHY IM BEING DENIED ACCESS TO PAY MY BILL ONLINE. PHYSICAL PRESENCE OF EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE NOT AS ADVERTISED(ALSO FTC. VIOLATION) WHEN ITS POSTED ON DOOR BUT STORE EMPTY. THIS MIXTURE IS A PATTERN OF DENYING ACCESS ON ANY DAY TO PAY BILL ESPECIALLY AROUND DEADLINE DATE TO EVEN ONLY AGAINST ANY CUSTOMER IS....ILLEGAL....
