            ACCESS TO PAY ONLINE DECEMBER 2022 MONTHLY PMT HAS BEEN DENIED TO ME. SINCE OCTOBER 2022,MULTIPLE REQUESTS via Phone calls EMAILS,TEXTS have been ignored .The December 5TH Response WAS inept INCLUDING no response to reset passwords when they know security answers required to be RESET . Seems company seeks, lusts late payments. Which is illegal by FTC. GETTING JOLLIES OUT OF THIS PRACTICE IS ILLEGAL, AND REQUIRES A INVESTIGATION WHY IM BEING DENIED ACCESS TO PAY MY BILL ONLINE. PHYSICAL PRESENCE OF EMPLOYER/EMPLOYEE NOT AS ADVERTISED(ALSO FTC. VIOLATION) WHEN ITS POSTED ON DOOR BUT STORE EMPTY. THIS MIXTURE IS A PATTERN OF DENYING ACCESS ON ANY DAY TO PAY BILL ESPECIALLY AROUND DEADLINE DATE TO EVEN ONLY AGAINST ANY CUSTOMER IS....ILLEGAL....

            robin NEW - So here I am almost 3 weeks later....still no security deposit. I tried calling twice; no answer. Imagine that. There is no excuse, or reason why I shouldn't have received MY money by now. It should have been over nighted! Clearly, there are some issues with this company. An example of what a property manager establishment should NOT be. Hopefully, one of the news stations that I am about to contact can bring it to light. Not to mention a few housing agencies. Sincerely, SOOOO Digusted - I moved out of a rental property over 2 months ago in WV and am still waiting for my security deposit. Supposedly two checks have been mailed out. I'm getting all of my other mail tho? Never late on rent. Property left in better shape than when I moved in. Osprey Management (Owner) 3 weeks ago Hi Robin, we are aware of the two checks sent that you have not received. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. We are in the process of sending a check directly to our property manager to give you.
