      I bought two Lasko FF305 from **********, and one of them failed three months and 11 days later. No problem, this item comes with a 2-year warranty.I was confident until I contacted to manufacturer company Lasko.First of all, they asked lots of questions one question at a day to drag their feet as long as they could. A week later they tried to fool me saying the following: "Thank you for providing the requested information and photos; as per checking here, everything has been ************ are eligible for a one-time replacement.However, the [ff305]is currently out of stock. As an alternative, we can offer you a comparable [B20200], which will serve as a suitable replacement.One-time replacement? Comparable one? Are you kidding me?What does "2-year warranty" mean in **********? One-time replacement only? The Lasko company is directly selling the item in ********. How can they say that it is out of stock?And how does a $21 item is a comparable replacement of a $70 item?The ******************* claims that this item has an annual operating cost of $236 with 42 CADR with no sensors, automation, and a higher noise level with poor ********* your research and get something else that works and won't break the bank in the long run. Besides the negative reviews on several sites, I will report this company to the consumer protection agencies for trying to fool a consumer.This company is a joke.

      Ceramic based space heaters with a terrible smell. Lasko acknowledged my problem with the heater I purchased new, model AW300. They were aware that it is an issue because the problem appeared as a "frequently asked question" on their product support page.
      They advised me to run the unit for several hours over several days and that the smell would then dissipate. I followed this advice but the smell did not dissipate, so they sent out a warranty replacement, same model.
      The replacement model was just as bad, the smell again did not dissipate after several days and hours of use. I contacted the customer service department again and asked why they would send out a replacement that had the EXACT same problem. The response I got was the same as the first unit...run it for days/hours and the smell will dissipate. I asked to have the issue escalated. After 2 weeks of waiting this was their response :
      "Thank you for your email. We have reviewed your ticket and see that we advised you about the new unit smell. To give you a satisfaction, We have replaced it with a new unit but the concern you have seems like common with space heaters and regrettably would not be considered a defect. Since the same issue presents itself on two different units, we can conclude that this is really the new unit smell that will dissipate from a frequent use of the unit. "
      The smell remains after frequent of use in both heaters (placed in the garage so the smell does not linger in the house) and they refuse to refund my money or send out a comparable model of similar value and features that does not have a burning ceramic smell. I also mentioned in prior communications with them that I have 2 other ceramic based space heaters in my home (not Lasko products) that have never smelled so this is either an inherent defect with their model or with their heaters in general.
      They state on their website "striving endlessly for Customer Satisfaction" but these are just words without meaning.

      Horrible company and suuport. They don't stand by their cheaply made products. Item didn't last two years before stopped working and when called was told they can't do anything about it. Unreal! Avoid at all cost!!!

After making several attempts via email, we have not had further communication with this consumer.       I purchased 2 Lasko 16' oscillating stand fans from Walgreens in baltimore on Liberty heights Ave in July, 2023 , In 2 months they both broke down, it had a missing part to extend the pole, it was difficult to assemble , but I got it working , one broke down in a month the other in 2 months I paid over $50 for both fans, couldn't find my receipt and didn't get a warranty, I called the store , to let them know they said they could give me store credit but not a refund, they said they didn't have anymore fans, but they good refer me to one for another fan, I reported the the product to bbb and consumer protection bureau, I advise you not to get any lasko products you,re be wasting your money they're not good, I also informed lasko about their product.

      We purchased an air purifier 5 years ago and it worked great. Two weeks after the 5 year warranty it went out. Lasko was kind enough to replace it anyway. These are the kind of people I want to continue doing business with. They stand behind their products. Thank you Lasko
