      *** **********- General Manager **** ****** Service/Parts Director The customer service I received from these two individuals at Jaguar/Land Rover-Mainline Land Rover been absolutely horrendous! (Especially *** **********) I have never had more awful customer service in my life! To make the very long story, Land Rover had my car for 4 months tried to say the issue with my car was that I needed a new engine and thats THE ONLY WAY to fix the issue of my car. This conclusion also came after 3 failed diagnosis to actually fix my car, and not to mention I was told you can drive the car with check engine light, you should be ok lol When I finally mentioned that I call corp. about the lack of customer service and the unwillingness to not wanting to get my car fix (after 3 months), miraculously they submitted my car for a tech assistance program and they covered the partial cost of a different part and then my car finally got fixed. I paid the cost of everything to be done and still wanted to discuss the lack of professionalism and customer service regarding this whole matter. Said my peace and went about my day. The following day I looked up and noticed my panoramic roof was cracked from front to back! I called Land Rover immediately about this matter. Nobody got back to for a week. Upon talking to Tak about the whole situation I was told that there cameras dont go back that far, and they dont why it happen I explained that my car say your in your lot for 4 months and I did not drop the car off like that, so lets figure out the resolution?! I was offered to cover my deductible if I went through my insurance. I am a African American male getting my car service on the mainline with a all white management staff. So the outcome is sadly what I did want it to come to but Land Rover mainline treated me like I am beneath them and I have no business getting my car serviced there in the first place. *** **********- Is unfit to be the Manager anywhere!!!
