      Ive always taken my 2018 Land Rover to the dealer for repairs, trusting them as a reputable establishment. Recently, I brought it in due to a strange noise, expecting a thorough diagnosis. They charged me $291 just for the diagnostic and a total of $1,028 for the repairs. However, when I picked it up, the car was still making the exact same noise.I informed **** (service representative), and he got me back in for service quickly. The service manager test-drove the vehicle with me and claimed he knew what the issue was, stating that it usually doesn't happen until colder weather. They supposedly fixed the problem, and **** called me to pick up my car, adding an additional charge of $225 for a part, with "no labor fee." I was shocked and questioned why I was being charged at all since the initial repair didnt solve the problem. **** insisted that I wasnt being billed for labor, but I made it clear: the labor was already paid for when they repaired something unrelated to the actual issue.After a lot of back and forth, they agreed not to charge me. However, just a week later, my car started smoking uncontrollably while driving, and the coolant warning light came on. I had to get a flatbed tow truck because the car was undrivable. Its clear to me that because I didnt blindly pay for their guesswork initially, they tampered with something critical. If there were any issues with the radiator or coolant, it should have shown up on the original diagnostic report which it did not.

      I was contacted by *** ********** on November 13, 2024, and haven't heard anything else thus far. However, I've paid and additional $2906.61 for my vehicle to become operatable. If the company doesn't respond. What's the use or part does the BBB have for consumers?

      I dropped my car off to be checked and fixed I decided not to get it fixed there and they broke my ignition and lost my key my car is not possible at all to work or drive. They are not trying to fix my car they damaged my vehicle and made it I drivable.
