    On May 10, 2021 I placed and order with this company for 4 *** Hotspot Miners v2 totaling $1,656.84. this was done in two orders of (2) first order totaled $828.42 and the second order was the same order number 2 $828.42, but I never received my order, was constantly being told via email of delays, so finally I felt I had been patient enough and requested for the items to be cancelled and I requested a refund, after many attempts to communicate with someone which was unsuccessful, I finally received an email stating my order was canceled and a refund was issued, but I didn't receive my monies, so I responded to the email inquiring where and when the refund was sent, but still this information was not given, but I then received an email requesting for me to fill out a manual refund form which during this process I have done twice and again waited, but still again I have not received my refund, but I just keep receiving an email saying order cancel and I was refunded, be I clearly wasn't. I have tried calling. but the automatic system always respond with due to high volume of calls a live agent is unable to take the call. I received and email today June 24, 2022 at 17:17 stating the same thing order been canceled. I just want my money, this company never sent me the product and I am not understanding why they won't return my money. I just want help resolving this issue. I am sending some of the emails where it shows this company saying the order was cancelled and I was refunded, but I was never given my money back, I truly hope you can help resolve this issue. Thank You.

    Note: The current preorder purchase date was on May 6 2021, I would not be able to get a resolution through my CC company due to the 180 day limitation. On April 23, 2021, I preordered a *** Hotspot Miner v2, order #*****. On May 6 2021, I received an email, "CalChip Order Needs Action". The email indicated that the order had been cancelled due to a system error due to high order volumes. I had not been charged for this order, I was prompted to fill in an order correction form to preorder a new miner and keep my place in the queue. I filled in the form as prompted and had a new order #*****. I was charged $552.76 USD to my CC as expected. The support team reassured me that order ***** would ship in place of the cancelled order *****. The batch for *****, according to the shipping calculator at the CalChip website indicated it completed Jan/Feb 2022, I had not received any shipping update. I believe I had been pushed to the batch for the order *****, with a ship date of before/during Q2 2022.I was receiving emails from the company to exchange my preorder and pay for a more expensive and less capable version of the miner I had ordered, which I chose to keep my current preorder. On June 6 2022, I requested a refund via the CalChip support site online form. A support representative was very quick to reply via email and confirmed that the order had been cancelled as requested, but there was a refund issue prompting me to fill in another refund form for orders over 180 days old. I had a new credit card number and included all of the requested information on the new form. I had not heard back in over a week (June 14, 2022 as of this writing) which is highly suspicious as I got an immediate response the first time. At this point I am requesting that the refund request be fulfilled with the full amount returned to the credit card filed on the refund form that was submitted and I will consider this case resolved.

    I ordered *** miners starting in 5/6/21. I never received them and I requested a refund and they confirmed they have my refund request. Been a over a month since I first requested refund. They have zero ways to talk to anyone other than through their ******* account. My order numbers are:*****, *****, *****, ***** and *****. Total purchase $8,511.00 Their refund form says 1-3 days to process. I just want my money back.

    I purchased 2 Calchip *** Hotspot Miner v2along with 2 *** **** Fiberglass Antenna Kit on May 12, 2021, (order #*****). As of today, June 6th, 2022, I have not received the item I purchased. They pushed back the due date for the delivery multiple after multiple times. Their last email sent out about any shipping update was March 9, 2022.Upon trying to fill the request out for a refund, the website Calchip connect instructs me to fill out a form that requests a photo of my driver's license and a photo of my credit card. I did not want to provide that information over the internet to a business that has not yet been able to fulfill my order worth hundreds. There seems to be a trend of people in the same predicament as me. It has been over a year. Attached are receipts for everything. I would like my money back. These people are scammers.

    On April 06th of 2022 I informed Calchip that I was going to return my order #***** (received on March 11th of 2022 and consequently valid for the 30 days policy) and filed a Return Merchandise Authorization for that.On the next day Calchip provided me an *** return lable with tracking number ****************** and I shipped the order back accordingly, which was delivered on April 12th of 2022, as per this same tracking number. After that I sent several emails asking for the refund in the amount of the order which was USD 9,061.33 to the same credit card I used for the purchase but they never processed this payment almost 2 months later. I sent several emails and they barely answer with automatic messages saying they will take care of. This is absolutely unnaceptable and I need this issue/refund to be solved ASAP.

    CapChip is a total scam, they taking peoples money as a interest free loan. I made a purchase more than a year ago and expected delivery was couple months, if I knew that it will take more than a year, I would never purchased. Every month they been sending emails, saying that it will be delay, than another delay. I been waiting now for 14 months for my order and still didn't received it. They should not be allowed to take a whole amount of the purchase and not ship a product for that long. They should be allowed only to take deposit but not the whole thing in front and keep saying every month that it will be shipped soon but nothing is shipped. That needs to be stopped as they taking advantage of the situation by saying it is shipping delay but in reality they must knew it will take 12 months longer to deliver my order than they told me in the time of purchase. I asked to cancel my order because I don't believe any longer that my order will ever will be shipped. I received email from CalChip Connect saying that they canceled order and refunded but its been 6 days now and I still didn't received my refund. They don't answer my emails, they don't pick up their phone. This company needs to be stopped of doing such a thing and take responsibility for taking so much interest free loans from people by basically lying to them about shipping time/delay. They cant keep getting away with such(I don't know how else to describe it) scam. This is not right!

    I ordered a miner from calchip connect last May. After being told they were backlogged I waited an entire year for my order to come in. I finally decided to cancel my order and get my refund. I received an email saying my refund was approved and had been sent. It never came through. After researching my issue online I found countless other personal testimonies of people who are having the exact same issue as me. The company has been shady with their customer service and lack appropriate responses to these issues. I am looking into starting a class action lawsuit against calchip connect. They took peoples money without having approval from *** that they would be able to fill the thousands of orders they were getting. Absolutely fraudulent and unacceptable.

    On 5/12/2021 I purchased a *** Hotspot Miner v2 for $430.73 USD. The company said the item would ship around September - October 2021. Needless to say, they never shipped the item to me. The shipment date continually keeps getting pushed back. Now it been over a year since the original purchase, and Cal Chip still have not shipped the product. I asked CalChip to cancel my order and give me a refund. They said they cancelled my order but have not issued me a refund. They had me submit a copy of my driver's license, a copy of my credit card bill, a copy of the front and back of my credit card but they still have not refund my money.

    On 05/21/21 I pre ordered a *** ** crypto miner for $472.40 with an initial estimate delivery of 9/30/21, order #*****, after the estimated date passed they sent out a email stating they were back logged. They then sent out a email for people that purchased the *** miner who did not receive it for the possibility to swap it for a lesser model, which I did not do, as of now they haven't sent any updates for the miner, I went to their website and filled out a form that they have online for the refund of the *** miner for pre orders over 6 months old, if you havnt received it yet, they say the processing time takes 3-8 business days and it's been over 2 weeks, I've called the company several times regarding this issue and have yet to receive a call back. I was even forwarded to one of the managers John P******* which went right to voice mail with no call back

    Like many of the other complaints, I ordered a hotspot miner from them a year ago, supposedly shipping in the fall. It was pushed back and back until they finally began offering a cheaper, lower quality miner instead of the one I ordered. You dont get any form of refund however for taking the cheaper one. After 9 months of waiting, I finally agreed just to take the cheaper miner. This process took so long that during it Id literally purschased a house that wasnt built yet AND moved in, so I went to my order page and updated my shipping address as soon as I agreed to receive the cheaper miner. Sure enough, it ships out a week or two later, sends to the old address, and gets returned to CalChip. After weeks of emails and messages to their instragram, I finally received a response, telling me that if I wanted them to ship it again, Id have to go online and pay more for new shipping despite the fact that THEY shipped it to the wrong address. My other option was a refund. I chose the refund. It has been 4 weeks and 5 emails and Ive not heard a word from them about my refund, except for 2 replies on their Instagram saying they were going to respond to my emails that day. Of course, this never happened. Frankly I dont know how this company is in business.
