- Additional Info:The BBB investigated this company due to the number and type of complaints filed against it by consumers. Consumers allege that the items ordered were not delivered in a timely fashion. Consumers state that they did not receive items that they paid for in the agreed upon time frame nor were they updated to a new time. Consumers state that they have tried to get a refund for items not received but did not receive any satisfaction.
The Federal Trade Commissions mail order rule requires that items ordered are to be shipped within 30 days of the order if no other time frame is given. If you can't ship within the promised time (or within 30 days if you made no promise) you must notify the customer of the delay, provide a revised shipment date and explain their right to cancel and get a full refund promptly.
BBB brought these allegations to the business and the business did not respond. BBB will continue monitoring the business.
