    100% satisfied with the workers, office and sales staff of Pro Storm Repair****** They all went above and beyond for me. Every single person was extremely polite and knowledgeable. The job that was done on my roof and gutters was top notch.Hire this company, YOU WILL NOT GO WRONG!!!

    After some hail damage **** from Pro storm stopped by to do an evaluation. He took care of everything start to finish. He really went to bat with the insurance company to get max coverage for me. I didnt have to do a thing. Repairs were made and I am extremely happy with results. Every one I dealt with from office staff to repair men were very professional and efficient. **** was always available if I had any issues or questions. They all went above and beyond to make sure I was informed as to process, and happy with final project. Would recommend this company highly.

    Simply amazing quality work and customer service. I first contacted ********************** upon the recommendation of another satisfied customer. From the beginning, **** helped me through the insurance process on my roof and finalization of the quote. The next step was the roof installation and gutter replacement and other issues that I had with the actual structure. The quality of the work was, with no exaggeration, masterful and impressive by their team. During that process, the office staff figuratively held my hand through the entire process. **** in their office was amazing in his responsiveness And calming support.. I was not the easiest client in as much as I literally called every day. **** and the other office staff answered my calls and explained to me the next steps the entire time and made sure that the entire replacement and repair was done on time with the highest quality service.I highly recommend Pro Storm Repair! I will definitely be using them again in the future.

    We highly recommend ************, General Manager for Prostorm Repair. During a rainstorm we had significant leaking from our roof and skylight, contacted the company and received an immediate response; he was at our home within the hour. ***** was very thorough in diagnosing the problem and investigating possible hail damage. He identified the problem and was able to repair it immediately. He was genuinely concerned and committed to assisting us in a timely and professional manner, including 24 hour follow-up to see if the problem was resolved. The other companies we contacted never called us back! Exceptional service. Thank you *****!

From the first meeting, Ed was on-time if not a little early, he was professional and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did he assess the damage accurately, but he also navigated the complexities of insurance claims, ensuring we received fair compensation. His knowledge of property damage, repairability, and associated costs was invaluable. Ed stayed in contact with us through the whole process and even checked in on the team doing the repairs.

    We recently hired Pro Storm for a siding job, which is the second time we have used this company. Chris and Matt oversaw the job, which was done to perfection. Even tho it started to rain, the crew not only completed the job, but they left the work area cleaner than they found it. This is not easy to do, especially in the rain! The great work, attention to detail, and customer care is what sets this company apart. Chris truly cared about the work, even down to the smallest detail, and it showed in the final product. We are very happy with the work done and highly recommend them.
