Last year I contacted this company in reference to an insurance claim due to hail damage my roof. I informed them I had a public Insurance company under contract and since Pro Storm replaced 4 roofs on my street the public adjustment company wanted them to look at my roof. This was done and the rep from Pro Storm advised me to cancel my contract with the public adjuster and let them handle my claim. Since no money was exchanged between myself and the public adjuster this was allowed. After this was completed the rep from Pro Storm refused to answer my calls or honor our appointments to sign a contract to get my roof replaced. I even spoke face to face with a general manager and he said he would resolve the issue months ago but nothing has occurred. So instead of getting 75% reimbursement from the insurance company and sharing 25% with the public adjuster I have received no money from my insurance company at all. Pro Storm was adamant they could get my insurance company to pay for the repair instead they lied out right to my face. I believe they mis represented their abilities because they had work in my area and since i was late to the game they outright abandoned me. They WILL do this to other people!
