I am legally disabled and homebound so rely heavily on their curbside/delivery service. Ive had issues for years- only store in the area I can afford. Since pandemic and my parents aging, Ive had to use delivery most of the time. It is the only way my family gets food. In the last year at least 2/3s of my orders missing items that I was charged me for. They pass off there rotting, damaged, expired foods to delivery customers. I place 1-2 large orders a month. Things are so out of control in the last year Im done. Todays order was a nightmare. Ordered $450 worth of food. At least 1/2 of order was missing, expiring, damaged, some was tampered with, and other things were ruined due to cross contamination. Produce and dairy products were put in with raw meat. You never put anything in with meat. Ever. Some of the meat leaked all over my butter and yogurt and bananas. It was a disgusting mess. All of the food unusable. It felt like they just tossed a pack of raw meat or two in every bag. Why? So much cross contamination. Why would you not put all the meat together? There were quite a few packs of meat missing and in conjunction, my 5 lb bags of potatoes clearly had several potatoes missing and were less than 3lbs. I leave very clear notes for the shoppers (shouldn't have to they should know). Like put the produce in produce bags and then also grocery bags to protect it from a strangers car and from being put on my porch. My produce was just tossed on my front porch. No produce bags or bags. Who does that? Some of the meat had today as an expiration date. Clearly if you give me 5 packs of meat that all expire today I cannot use them all today, they are clearly not quality or fresh and that then requires me to lose the meat or make sure it is repackaged and frozen that day. That is unreasonable. Give me fresh food please. That is what I request, but should I really have to request that from a grocery store? Tired of rotting, contaminated, missing food.
