      On January 24, 2024, I accepted an order/assignment through a Loan Signing Agent platform called SigningOrder.com. The assignment was from Cloud Signings, LLC. The order was completed, and the pay was set at forty dollars- $40.00. Two weeks later I accepted another assignment for a different company via the Signing Order platform and noticed that the payment amount for the previous assignment via Cloud Signing, LLC was set at $0.00. When I contacted their office number at ************, I had to leave a message on the messaging system. I in turn left multiple messages and sent emails; all with no responses. To date, I have gotten no response for payment for the loan signing.

      Cloud signings asked me to complete a closing for them which they stated was a purchase closing on the initial phone call. They gave me the original agreed fee of $95 and sent over the order. Within ************************************************* fact an assumption loan and would be lowering my fee to $75. I then got a hold of the signers. It took a while but right before I arrived at the closing, the signers told me they had a restraining order in place and could not sign together. Therefore, a second signing was immediately and legally required in order to finish the closing. I went ahead and closed the order in good faith trusting that Cloud Signings would do as agreed upon in signing service contracts (that signing services must communicate with the agent any changes made to the signing appointment - such as being presented with a restraining order legally requiring a second signing being created). When I communicated with Cloud Signings regarding the changes made to the order, they did not reach out to me. They ignored my communication. They simply demanded I upload scans and demanded I ship the order. They never responded to me otherwise. They never replied to 4 different emails I sent asking for a phone call to discuss the changes made to the order. They never called back any of the 6 calls I left over a 1 month period. The emails I sent were over a 1 month period as well. They never communicated with the mortgage lender for the purchase regarding the legal situation (this is also illegal and requires a closing to be cancelled due to police involvement). I followed up with the lender who is their boss and the lender states that Cloud Signings never reached out to them 1 time in 45 days to discuss the possibility of a legal scenario. ******** who is a scheduler and does not represent Cloud spoke with me briefly and showed that he did not understand how to read. There is a chance *** is a computer though. I have not been paid or contacted in over 30 days.

      I did a job for this company and the company did not answer the phone when I called for questions. They would only send emails. Which I thought was weird. The package they sent for me to have sign. Had weird documents for the person to sign. Then they where rude. Attachment are a person loan with additional information cant disclose I am requesting my payment.

      On 12/04/23 I provided notary services to assist a client of Cloud Signings LLC and I was to get paid $50 for the services by this company. I have tried to reach out to the company multiple times by phone and email to try and receive payment but I have not gotten any response. The file number was **********.

      I was contracted by Cloud Signings to complete a loan signing order. I completed the order and kept good communication with doc completion and drops. Cloud signings has yet to respond to my requests for payment. Awaiting payment Past *****.
