      I am a Notary Loan Signer in **********. My services were provided to Cloud Signings, LLC. LLC is owned by ****** ******* a Notary Public in the State of ************. Order completed on 2/8/25 (CLOU-7045/ Signer: ******** *******/ City: Imperial). Payment of $80 was never received. This same issue occurred and despite dozens of attempts to collect payment, the company ignored all requests for several weeks. In this most recent case, I'm a week past the *** for payment. Similar to the last incident, my phone calls and emails are not being returned. I've tried all available methods of contact in order to resolve this issue and have been completely ignored by the company. I believe the owner is attempting to permanently withhold payment. When companies, like Cloud Signings LLC, contract with mortgage companies, funds meant to be used for signing agent payment are specifically outlined. ****** ******* through Cloud Signings LLC, is choosing to intercept these funds for personal gain rather than provide them to the loan signer. I believe this is an act of financial fraud; and, based on my own online research, Mr. ******* through Cloud Signings, has a long history of committing this type of fraud.

      Hello,

      I added text to the second submission to indicate that it was a complaint about the same company committing the same act, repeatedly. They are two different acts that Im reporting. The company, Cloud Signings LLC, will not resolve the issue if its left between the company and the contractor. They avoid all contact and only respond if there is a threat of oversight. I learned this from other contractors that had the same experience. And, when I filed my first complain, after three weeks of avoiding all forms of contact, they responded same day and in less than 2 hours. Please allow me to submit this complaint, they will steal my money if they feel there is no consequence.

      Hello and thank you so much for accepting the report. What I did, in the meantime, was send them the print out that I had sent the first time and they paid me. Its really sad that it takes this type of escalation but apparently it does. Im just glad BBB is available to provide this type of regulation. And, I dont plan on needing to report this company again in the future, I already asked them to take me off their list for available contractors. Thanks again and Happy 4th of July

      I provided 2 *************** for Cloud Signings on March 21st & March 25th. They said they would pay 60 days from service and they have not. I have texted, emailed and left several voicemails on how to get paid and they are not returning any of my messages. They owe me $135 as of today. ******* - $75 **** - $60 Please help me get paid the services I rendered.Thanks!

      I am a Notary Loan Signer in **********. My services were provided to Cloud Signings, LLC. LLC owned by ****** ******* a Notary Public in the State of ************. For the past 2.5 weeks, I've been trying all available methods of contact in order to resolve this issue and have been completely ignored by the company and I believe the owner is attempting to permanently withhold payment.       On February 5, 2025 I did a loan closing as a mobile notary for Cloud Signings LLC. The File # is ******, and the order number is CLOU-4365 for $90. The contract for Cloud Signings which you have to agree to states they pay 60 days after the date of closing on the first Friday following the 60 days. An invoice has to be sent after closing which I sent & was acknowledge by Cloud Signings via email. Cloud Signings responds to your emails until they have to pay you. I have sent several emails since the first Friday after the 60 days with no response. I do not believe I should have to go through such lengths to be paid for services rendered. I unfortunately had no idea this company does not like to pay notaries for services provided. I need your assistance in getting this resolved. I have included the email when I received the order, completed the order, and the order itself showing their payment terms. I have blacked out the client's information for privacy.

      I wanted to inform you that as soon as they received your communication, they paid me even though they did not respond to you.  This company has had several complaints regarding payment, and unfortunately wait until they are reported to do the right thing.  Thank you for your assistance.

      I am a licensed notary public and signing agent. I am yet to receive payment from them for services rendered since October 2024. I have called numerous times and messaged them per their voice mail instructions with no response. I have emailed them numerous times as well. I have investigated online looking for what other notaries say about this company, and the testimonies are almost identical to what I am going through.

      I was contracted by ******************************** on 4 occasions to perform services. The company refuses to respond to my multiple emails or when they do they are very rude and ugly. I'm attempting to get payment from them and would love to not involve anyone else, if I could just get in contact with the correct person at this company to make a complaint to. The info@cloudsigning email that I have, either gets no response or nasty responses. I would like the name and email or phone number for a legitimate person at this company, once I have that I can handle the rest, including a lawsuit if needed!

      I am a Notary in ******** and have completed over 10 signings for this company, since April 2024. I have only received payment for one. The company agrees to pay Net 30, however I have only received one payment for the month of April. i have sent several emails over the past few months, only to be told, to email accounting. Accounting only works on weekends, apparently, so with this knowledge, I email accounting, no response and no payments have been received. At this point, I am about to contact an attorney and start legal proceedings. I will be telling all of my notary business associates to refrain from doing any loan closings with this company. They are not a reliable source of income.

      May 15/2024 Cloud Signings LLC called me to complete a loan modification signing for them and agreed to use my services as a notary signing agent . The agreed sum they were to pay me is $45. Once the signing was completed I was unable to reach anyone at the company to confirm to ship documents out . I didnt hear from them until the next day via an email message . That , Ive never experienced before from any signing service.RED FLAG. I shipped out documents and then followed up with them 30 days after completing to receive my payment . They emailed me lying and said their terms were 60 days . Which is untrue . I wouldve never accepted a signing with that long of a delay at that low rate of pay . I followed up again with them 45 days after and 60 days after the signing completed. Ive called the company multiple times and left voicemails and sent emails but all have been ignored. Cloud Signings should not be allowed to get away with scamming , cheating or stealing from notary publics doing work for them . Cloud signings must pay me $45 owed for services rendered . I want everyone to know not to do any form of business with this entity . They are unprofessional, scammers and a poor representation of the American small business industry , I wish Id never agreed to work with them . Just pay me monies owed and finish the business we conducted as agreed .
