      Great place to do business. Jonathan was friendly and explained everything to me throughout the process. He did an inspection of the vehicle and sent in his information to his supervisors. Within a few minutes I had an offer. Which in my opinion was a fair one. We filled out some paperwork he handed me my check and I was on my way. If you are planning to sell your vehicle I highly recommend this place.

      Christian, Branch Manager @ Plainfield was extremely professional and efficient. Walked in at the appointment time. Available, greeted and explained the process. Doc check, inspection, test drive, acceptable offer and then the paper work. In and out within reasonable time. Great service.

      Matt was extremely helpful and got time the exact price I wanted for my car . He even got higher ups involved when there were some minor issues with the closing process and was able to close the deal swiftly and was very upfront and honest about the whole process. I would definitely recommend him and would certainly do business in the future if I needed to sell a car .

      I was pleased with the amount I was paid for my used car. The whole process, from walking through the door, to walking out with a check in hand, took just about an hour!

      Not a fan. Please note my experience was in September 2018 at the Timonium, Maryland location which is now closed. Had received an offer for my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo from CarMax (also in Timonium) for $400. Mileage was more than 200K so that wasn't unexpected. I took it across the street to WeBuyAnyCar to see if they could do any better. After the staff person took it for a test drive, he came back with an offer of $200 due to the mileage and "oil leak." I have a mechanic I have used for decades who would have advised me if I had an oil leak. If I had had an oil leak, I'm sure I would have needed oil changes more frequently, and again, my mechanic would have let me know since I always took it to him. I can't say for sure, but it appeared to me that the staff person made his comments with the expectation that I didn't know much about my car and would take the low offer because of his comment. I felt manipulated and that he was disrespectful. I do wonder if it was because I'm a woman, but I can't be sure about that. Stick with CarMax. Their customer service is outstanding.

      Gerry was great. Thorough and detailed. Wanted a bit more for my car but understood some of the west and tear it had. All in all ok whit the deal. Time wise it took longer than I thought it would but didn’t realize how thoroughly the process would be.

      Brandon was very personable and made the process super easy. We were in the process of buying a new car but the dealer wasn’t giving us a fair price on our car as a trade in, so we reached out to we buy any car and received a much more fair price for our car. Definitely recommend Brandon and We Buy Any Car!
