      Fair. Straightforward. Hassle-free. Matt was very thorough and transparent about the estimate on my vehicle. He shared with me the whole process and explained the details along the way. I was never expecting this to be so stress-free. After the 20 min inspection of my vehicle I received an offer, accepted, and Matt did all the paperwork right then and there in total about an hour. I would highly recommend Matt at the Eden Prairie location!

      If you are looking to sell your car, Raymond at the Rockville location is your guy! He was very personable and professional. He explained everything and walked us thru the process with ease.       Matt was far more efficient, professional, and capable than the army of people at CarMax that dragged their feet and dropped their price for buying my truck when I didn't buy their vehicle.

      I have to agree with the other reviewers, the experience was fantastic! Kyle was not only very friendly but took the time to explain everything in real time. His customer service was through the roof. I just wish I had more unwanted cars! LOL! The end result was I received exactly what I was looking for, who could ask for anything better then that.
