  This was a very positive experience. Lee made everything very convenient, a very hassle free event. I was expecting a long list of things wrong with my vehicle, aimed at reducing the cost point. Very much opposite, she improved the actual offer. She found out we were new to the area, and gave many recommendations on local restaurants. We drove away with a check in hand. I would very much recommend Lee for any car transaction from here out.

  Unfortunate to hear that my experience was so much different than the other good reviews below.
  
  TLDR: Avoid Avoid Avoid- Purposefully shady business practice to try and lowball you with a bait and switch offer.
  
  Let me start by saying that I had a good experience with the front-end workers who actually deal with the customers. What I did not have a good experience with was the actual process, decision-makers, and online experience. I started with the online quote which came back at a good trade-in value, according to KBB. To get this quote, you have to enter your VIN, which gives them full access to the vehicle history So with a good online offer, I decided to move to the next step which is the in-person vehicle assessment. After a test drive, full vehicle inspection, engine code reading, and all that stuff, I was told that the vehicle was all good and nothing was wrong with it. Great! So, wouldn't you think they would offer you the same value as the online assessment? NOPE! They offered me almost 30% lower, because of a minor vehicle incident years earlier, yes this happened but no one was trying to hide it- it was fully documented in the vehicle history report. They had access to this information during the online assessment but chose not to take it into account so they could show a higher value to sucker you into an in person visit where they can lowball your offer. To make it worse, the actual decision-makers are not on site (or at least not where the customers can go) so there is not much you can do about it. This is such a scam, bait and switch, over-promise and underdeliver- whatever you want to call it, its shady business practice and a waste of time. I would recommend going pretty much anywhere else. After some negotiations they basically will offer you the same value that Carmax gives you - so just skip a step and go right there instead.

  Highly recommend. The process was quick, easy, and I got more for my vehicle than I thought. Dean reached out almost immediately after I scheduled an appointment and walked me through the entire process. Easily 5 stars. Would give more if I could.

  This is the 3rd review I have left for WBAC. I only say that because I seldom leave any reviews at all!! But Kerrell was awesome. We made a deal right away. Whole process was less than an hour. Fast, Friendly and hassle free. I highly recommend this company and especially the Westinghouse Rd. location in Charlotte, NC.
