      ******* was great to work with. Flexible in adjusting the time so we could meet sooner than scheduled.Easy process and would recommend to anyone.

      My experience with this company was nothing short of comical. I received three phone calls from three different people, all telling me my car was worth $20k. I drove an hour and a half based on that number. When I arrived, the representative told me it was actually worth around $17k, which wasnt the real issue. The issue was that the worker had no idea what kind of car I owned, she kept s******* up the **** and claimed my vehicle had two accidents. My Carfax shows one accident, and it wasnt even a car accident, it was a bicyclist who hit my car. When I pointed that out, she said they dont use Carfax, we use Equifax LMFAO. Last I checked, ******* reports credit history, not vehicle history. After inspecting my car, she dropped the offer again to $15k. I asked if they could work with me given the cars excellent condition (aside from the single accident), but she said there was nothing they could do. She also added a deduction of $1,000 for some kind of fee?? So, we left. A few minutes later, as we were still sitting in the car, she actually called to say she saw us leave and asked if wed like to reschedule. She called us the next morning and told us that they dont use carfax because they have to pay for it? ********** how are you a car company and dont use carfax??? I have no idea how this place has an A+ rating with the BBB. This place is an ABSOLUTE JOKE.

      Genuinely so helpful. Very straightforward and talks you through everything hes doing with plenty of explanations without judgement. See, Im young with not much knowledge on cars and most car dealers get kinda judgy towards me because of that. I felt super at ease and informed here, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!My car wasnt worth much, but I pretty much knew that coming in. I still got a decent amount out of it, a little bit more than it was worth and that was enough. I probably wouldve been far more negative about that if I had dealt with anyone else. **** ****** made it so easy and comfortable. Although it took 2-3ish hours, it didnt feel longer than 1. Thank you, and I wish you the best!

      It was a very professional experience. I wish I could have gotten more money for my car.But I did have damage on my exterior. They made it very easy for me to sell my car.

      ******* was very polite and friendly. He was willing to answer questions and he even went out of his way to try and get me a better offer, even though it didn't work out, it was the thought that counted. He was also just a cool guy to just chat with.
