      Went in & met a very friendly service representative, James, went through the car’s documents, he did an inspection came to a price, within a few days, we had top dollar for our BMW 650i.
      It was a very seamless experience and compared to offers from other companies they topped all other offers! Highly recommend using this company they are trustworthy, honest expedient, and overall we are beyond satisfied! ??????????

      Excellent experience! Took just under and hour to complete the buy and offered me more than competitors did. Offer was a bit lower than I wanted it to be but Jon was able to explain why which I completely understood. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to simply sell their vehicle.

      My wife will tell that me going here to offer any review is far from my character. She said as I typed this that my standards are too difficult for most. Chris, Merriam Kansas branch, did better than all others. A direct answer kind of guy that builds confidence what he says is true. He made the purchase of my vehicle when the multiple other online companies failed to do so.

      Absolutely TERRIBLE! They pulled a Bait & Switch, deceived me, had me plan a whole day for just to be duped, after phone calls, texting data, and getting a fake offer, I wasted over two (2) hours in traffic, and it took less than ten (10) minutes to just turn around and leave after all of that! When I arrived, they were not prepared, did not understand their own system, information was missing, was not provided, had to be duplicated, secrets were kept from me until I drove all of the way down there instead of just telling me in advance so that I could have avoided all of this, and I was lied to, because the opposite of good faith is what occurred! It was a set-up and a waste of time just to get me to come all the way down to their office so that I would hopefully take even less of an offer than the original offers (plural), and was done by their unwillingness to disclose key information which they knew in advance but conveniently omitted, made it sound as the opposite, while they did not tell me until after I drove there, sitting in traffic, and their excuses were not even valid regardless! Just excuses used as reasons to offer less that only I was not made aware of, not anyone else!
