      I hope people read the review I am leaving about the expierence I had selling my vehicle with "WE BUY ANY CAR" The entire process, start to finish took just under an hour. The contact person, Rick Ferolli, could not have been any more professional or friendly. I was amazed at how easy it was to walk out of the office with my check in hand, and well within the ballpark of what I would accept for price. My decision to go to the office in Sarasota, FL was one I will never regret. I met a very nice gentleman, Rick Ferolli, and had the best car selling experience of my life. Very simple and very easy.

      After completing their inspection of my GMC Envoy they stated that the cash value they would give me for it was around 2400 dollars. However, there were check engine codes that brought the value down to 600 dollars. I left and got the codes checked, they were stored and not current so I cleared the codes and promptly called the salesman back. I asked what would the value be now that the codes were cleared. He said that if I brought it back in they would be able to give me 2000 dollars for the Envoy. I came back in and that salesman was not working, after detailing my situation to the employee who was currently working he went out and checked to see that the codes were gone, which they were, he scheduled me an appointment for later that day at 2 pm and said that they would be able to give me around 2000 for my car. We came back in at 2 pm and were told by the same employee that the price evaluators that he was talking to would only give 2000 for the car if we drove the car 150 miles to make sure the codes were cleared and would not return. He also said that the value would be around 2200 for the car but the cash we would get would be 2000 because of the 250 buying fee that they charge me to buy my car. I drove the car 150 miles that day as he asked and went back at 6 pm. Upon return, the salesman told me that the evaluators would only give me 1600 dollars for the Envoy and claimed that this 400-dollar decrease was due to the frame rust, but that frame rust was already noticed by and accounted for by their initial inspection and evaluation of my car. Exhausted and disappointed I took their offer and left. Will never sell a car through them again.
