      Great customer service, every detail and part of the process was well explained. Michael was superb, and his care and attention can make the difference, showing the reliability of the process in every phase of it. Very Friendly staff, willing to answer every question that the client could have.

      I had an excellent experience working with Sherri DeBouse at WBAC in Alexandria. Sherri was timely, professional, and easy to work with. I was impressed with how quickly the entire process happened. In addition to receiving a fair price for my vehicle, I really felt that Sherri went above and beyond delivering great customer service. She checked to see if I needed to return my plates (I did and I had no idea!) and ensured that I had a ride home. If you want an easy experience selling a car then I would highly recommend visiting Sherri at WBAC in Alexandria.

      To whom it may concern, I would like to share our experience at we buy any car. My husband and I went in to sell our car Our sales rep was named Brandon he was amazing, kind, experienced, and very professional. He made our visit there extremely comfortable and easy. he was also very knowledgeable, so we must give Brandon thumbs up for his exceptional professionalism, and let's not forget he was funny. We talked a lot about dining out and family. He made it very easy to talk with him. Just wanted to share a few things about this very nice young man.. would I ever recommend we buy any car to friends and family absolutely!!!       Great service very friendly. Very convenient. If you want to sell your car quickly and conveniently this is the place to go. But if you want a fair price you'll do better selling your car on your own. Blue book value of my car was around 3000 dollars for the condition it was in and the miles it had. They offered me 400 dollars.

      The process was easy, the people I dealt with were great! The experience was easy, and I was very happy with the amount they paid me for my late model year car. The dealer where I bought my new car was impressed with what they paid as well. Selling my car to them and going to the dealer with the money from that sale made my new transaction much more favorable to me as well. I'd recommend this company and service to anyone.
