      This is quite a process that covers everything. The manager is tasked for all aspects and is quite knowledgeable about her job. She made everything flow smoothly and with a short amount of time, we had a check in hand, free and clear of all and any connection to the vehicle we took there. A great place to take a vehicle you no longer wish to have.

      We recently sold my daughter's 2006 Hyundai to this local branch. Joshua, the branch manager, was very honest, explained everything and answered all of our questions. His offer was extremely fair and offered more than we were expecting. I would recommend doing business with this company. The commercials are right, the dealership's offer didn't come anywhere near what this company offered.

      The manager of the Willow Grove PA branch, Gio Colon, took time to explain the process as the car was evaluated and paperwork prepared. Even though I was selling my deceased father's car on behalf of his estate, and perhaps more/different documents were needed, both Gio and Jeff, with whom I previously spoke with on the phone, were helpful and reassuring. The car assessment, the paperwork, the entire experience was one of efficiency -- I could not have asked for a better outcome. Gio was personable and delivered great customer service.
