      We saw the commercial and decided to check it out. We left with a check in hand that was reasonable for our need to sell. D was our agent and he did a fantastic job. He was personable, appeared like he was excited to be at work (even at 5pm), he showed us the breakdown of how they came to the offer amount which I really liked because it didnt feel like shady business. The other gentleman who I assume was a manager, was also very professional and took the time to explain everything we were signing. Not once did we feel pushed or pressured into anything. D was also extremely punctual, meeting us right on time at 5pm. It was a hassle free alternative to selling a vehicle.
