      The offer was very different than the online valuation. But ultimately I was happy with the final offer. Comparable to what I would have gotten at a dealership. **** was very personable, efficient. I was in and out in about an hour

      Process was simple and completed quickly. The service manager was polite and easy to deal with. I got a fair offer for the condition of the vehicle that I sold. Whole process took about one hour and i left with a check in hand.I'd use them again in the future.

      The Elizabethtown, KY branch manager, ******, was incredibly nice, thorough in her car inspection, and explained everything in detail. She really put me at easy during the whole process and made sure every step of the process was correct and complete as we went. This was an enjoyable experience and I will refer this business to everyone!
