      It was a fairly smooth transaction and didn't take much time to complete. There were lots of papers to be signed! I had to go off site to get the service of a notary, which wasn't a problem. A bank was nearby. I was a little disappointed in the amount of money that was offered. But, that's okay. I think the website needs an overhaul while checking boxes as to the exterior and interior of conditions of the vehicle. It's way too vague and limited. And, the fine print needs to be not so FINE! Overall, it's a much better option and a lot quicker than trying to sell a vehicle on your own, especially when there are issues with a title.

      Went to the ******** location. **** was great. Friendly and thorough. This company offered me more for my car than its competitors (Carvana, Carmax, etc), and of course, significantly more than dealers were offering me in trade.Excellent experience and highly recommended.
