      Excellent customer service! Everything was thoroughly explained and I was asked for my input on their decisions. The entire process took about an hour. **** was very friendly and easy to talk to about the process.

      Impressed by professionalism and thoroughness of the agent. Software used could not easily be argued with but still needs comments. Price offered was reasonable and deal made on the spot. Under the circumstances, this is definitely worth at least getting a quote on your vehicle and if you like it sell your car to them.

      I submitted my car information on-line and got an immediate offer. I made an appointment and the branch manager *** called me and let me know what to expect once I got there, how much time it would take, who I would be meeting with. **** was wonderful. He did a very thorough check of my vehicle, took it for a test drive, asked questions. The initial offer from headquarters was below what I was expecting. **** asked me what my ideal price was and I told him. He worked it, made sure they knew I had a different trim than what they said was reported and I got my price! Really was an easy process and I walked away very pleased! Highly recommend.
