      This does not reflect directly on the guy at the store, although he did yank the prop rod latch out of the hood so the rod just flops around now. I entered the info on-line for my 2012 Kia ***** indicating it was wrecked and had a salvage title. The estimate given was $1330. I brought the car in and expected a cursory inspection since $1330 is not a lot of money. I was there well over an hour (the office was hot, you might want to invest in a better air conditioner). Instead of taking photos of my title, drivers license etc. at the beginning, wait till you have an accepted agreement so my time isn't wasted. I was shocked at the length of the inspection. Taking picture after picture, checking and scrutinizing every little thing. My car has almost new tires, cold a/c and everything works with below average miles. Then a test drive. The inspection took so long that his computer froze up. Finally, it was finished. The resulting offer, $100. Are you kidding me? One of my tires is worth more than $100. The offer was raised to $400 after my complaint but that was still a joke. This is a typical "Bait and Switch" routine. They offer a higher amount on-line and then lowball the customer when you bring the car. I would never, EVER recommend you to anyone. I will go out of my way to tell everyone I know to steer clear of your company. I am also contacting the BBB regarding your practices. I dont know how you got an A+ rating. I emailed this info to your survey result email and my response was REJECTED by your server. Thank you.

However, accident history is only one part of the overall picture when determining a vehicles resale value. The physical and mechanical condition of the vehicle plays a major role in the final valuation.During our inspection, we discovered several issues that we were not aware of until we had the opportunity to inspect the vehicle in person. These included multiple dashboard warning lights illuminated and structural damage to the left front apron. These are serious concerns that affect the safety, reliability, and resale value of the vehicle, and they must be factored into any offer we make.Were also sorry to hear about the issue with the hood prop rod latch. That should not have happened, and weve flagged it for review with the local team.       The treatment and customer service was outstanding. They made us feel at home while the vehicle inspection was taking place, and there was no ******* or pushing to make the final decision. The pricing offer was fair with the justifications for any deduction in price. I recommend them to anyone who wants to sell their car and wants an honest and fair price. I will use them again if and when the time comes.

      Sold my car to them in June but they never filed the paperwork with the ***** so now I am being hit with property tax bills and insurance lapse fees for a car I no longer posses. Reached out to their office and got no response.

      In less thats an hour, **** had appraised our car; completed all the paperwork; and had the money Zelled to us. We feel the appraisal was fair, as it was $250 more than the dealership was offering us.

      from the beginning and upon arrival, ***** (the office/region manager), did welcome me with full courtesy, she was also very thorough and explained the end-end process, proceeded to review the car, went over things found and explained what the offer for my car included.***** was also great and worked with me to solve challenges i had with my Zelle account, very patiently waited and allowed me to fix the problems, which in turn translated in me leaving the premises with the money having been deposited in my bank account.All in all, very easy company and people to work with, i would use them again
