      Fairly quick and easy experience. Didn't get quite what I was hoping for for my car but it had a lot of problems and now I don't have to worry about it anymore.

      We visited the office in Canton South. Danielle is super pleasant and very easy to work with!! She covered every step of the process.
      The whole process took about a hour and you walk out with check in hand.
      I’ll definitely be back and will refer others. Cannot say enough good things about the experience.

      I love the no hassle and transparency. Gerard In Alexandria branch is the best !!!!!!! . Very detailed and explained all the factors that affects your value . If you are looking for a hassle free sale without giving up too much value , this is the place to go .

      I had no idea what to expect but Herbert was a complete professional. He evaluated my car with me there and kept me fully informed as to what he was noticing. I sold the car there for what I believe was a fair price. The entire process was painless. I would use them again.

      Sold my Mustang at the Glen Burnie, MD location. The car was in pristine condition and I was quoted a price greater than that offered by a Ford dealer that really wanted the car, even if I was not willing to trade it on a new car. Kyle was true to the price that was quoted to me on the internet and then in a follow-up phone call. The whole process took about an hour and both the business and I ended up with a good deal. I would definitely look into selling another vehicle to this business when the time comes.

      Tom Duffy at the Garner branch was an absolute pleasure to work with. Honestly I went into the office a little irritated about what we were getting ready to do because I knew we had to sell our vehicle that due to an extreme shortage of finances and we had no ability to make updates to the car or time to wait on a “good offer”. Within 10 minutes of just talking with Tom, my whole outlook changed on the situation. He was completely down to earth, no pressure 100% fair, and one of the most seemingly genuine people I have met in this type of business. I felt bad for walking in with such a bad attitude to someone who was so amazingly kind.
      I 100% recommend visiting Tom at the Garner branch, if you are in need of selling your car under any circumstances.
