      Lee did a great job and was a very pleasant person. Just like on the tv ad walk in and walk out with your check. She even gave me pointers on how to deal with car sales persons. I would recommend everyone to try them out before trading in their car.

      Selling a car is a stressful process. It can be made easier when the buyers are friendly,
      reasonable, and negotiable. The gentlemen at the Palm Harbor location here in Florida were very friendly, reasonable, and highly negotiable. Fully satisfied with the outcome, and would recommend these folks without hesitation if you're looking for a fast and easy way to unload your car!

      Outstanding service! From the moment I looked for an online value, to the moment I stepped into their place, I was greeted professionally, and service was rendered efficiently.
      Jeffrey P*****, branch manager, was very attentive. He explained with details all the process involved in appraising my 2017 Chevrolet Volt vehicle, and all the steps to follow. The beauty of the whole process was the fact that I did not feel any pressure whatsoever as to making a decision right at the spot to sell my vehicle.
      He even allowed me time to check other places, and assured me that they can be able to beat any offer. So, they did. After 3 days having their appraisal, and me going into other places, I actually had an offer from CarMax, and they were able to beat the CarMax appraisal's, and I finally got to sell my car to them.
      The process was clean, informative, and very professional. They even took care of my pay-off payment to my lender, and then issued my remaining amount check right there and then. I would certainly come back if I have to ever sale another vehicle. I will also recommend them 1000%. Jeffrey P***** is the man!
