      Very easy. Great price. Matt was terrific, very helpful. He gave me the price I wanted. Matt tried to make everything easy. The only thing I didn't like is they called and emailed me so many times ahead to remind me of the visit.

      The experience was fine. Representative Shiomara was very pleasant. Your online calculator valued my 2001 Ford Escape at about $1,100. After the inspection, I was only offered $250, though we settled on $300. However, with such a difference in the estimate and actual sale amount, it did seem like a bit of a bait and switch. Again Shiomara was very nice and just doing her job, so I don't want to take anything away from her. She had to go with what corporate told her to do. However, at $300, I could have called one of those "we buy junk cars" and gotten nearly the same amount without the investment in time. Hope this helps.
