1 starI used to get paid promptly for their surveys. I have been waiting for over 3 months now for payment. I have called and sent emails. I enjoyed doing their surveys in the past, but I am not going to continue doing them if payment is not received shortly. They need to consider offering virtual gift cards like some other companies that do for paid medical surveys, so it doesnt take so long to process the payment.Review fromBrea P

1 starIve only received payment on time once. For every other completed survey, *** had to submit multiple follow-ups, both via email and their website form, just to get paid. I am often left waiting nearly three months. Its incredibly frustrating. On top of that, theyve sometimes underpaid me compared to the agreed-upon amount. I complete a wide range of medical surveys while traveling, and MedSurveys are consistently more cumbersome and time-consuming than those from other companies.
