    I completed an online paid survey with MedSurvey on 03.29.25 (reference p25141/ *********) with honorarium of $100 and have not received payment despite numerous email communications confirming completion and check is coming.Attached email of last communication from 7.1.25

    I had completed the Survey on Bariatric Surgery on 12/21/2024. Survey Number is p24794 and Reference Number: ******. I received the confirmation email as attached to indicate that i should receive my $60 reward in approximately 4-6 weeks. I emailed on 2/18 and 3/1/25 to follow up why i did not receive the rewards but no reply. I have called *************** during business hours, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm Eastern Time and left voice messages with my cell phone number but no response. Please assist. Thanks

    Please see below. The payment has been reissued. The payment to the physician was issued in early january, but he did not have the correct address listed, and the payment was returned. 

    Please see below for proof of 01/07/2025 being sent to incorrect address and 04/07/2025 the payment being reissued. As you can see from 01/07/2025, he did not provide 2935 as part of his address Kobio drive.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. For reference, MedSurvey is a reputable company. I completed the survey 4-26-2024. I received the honorarium 6-21-2024. This is 5 days short of 2 months after completing the survey. Not unreasonable to inquire "where is my honorarium" after almost 2 months.. Since MedSurvey chose not to reply to my email inquiries after 6 weeks went by, nor reply to my query on their Website 10 days ago, I filed a BBB complaint because I knew they would respond in kind.
