    Item ordered has never been shipped. I have 2 emails showing I paid for order and one I was supposed to receive tracking info on and I've never had anything sent. When I call direct to ask about order all I get is excuses of why it is taking so long and every single call I am told "you'll get it next Friday" over and over. They are liars and I want my money back or at least on record that they are stealing payments from people. It's been almost 2 months, they are worthless.

    I ordered a pair of models from this seller as a pre order but I had to pay the full amount up front. The models are available from other sites at this point but I have note received the items from this seller. I have made multiple attempts to contact the seller using their online web form and calling them directly to find out the status and have received no answer. I would either like the models paid for or a refund.

    I ordered a model airplane on line from this company, I believe it was in December of 2023, and I have not received it. It was a pre order, the models have arrived, I see them available on other web sites. I have talked to the person at their contact number twice in the last couple of weeks, the first time he said he was with his wife "at the hospital" so that call ended fast. I called him yesterday, he said he was "eating dinner" and I gave him my order information MAD-2929, and he asked for my name, and said he would look into it. I have not heard from him, and I called him today, and his voice mail is full. So I left another message for him to call me. I see a bunch of reviews of his business, and they all say he takes your money, does not deliver, and to run away from this guy.

    I paid for this item; I have not received the attached receipt. I have emailed and left voice mails and the company has not responded to any request. I would either like the item I purchased or a refund.

    On 4-1-2024 I purchased a B-29 model from Model Airplane Depot (order MAD-3114), the model was on backorder but their website said it would be available early April 2024 so I was willing to wait. It is now the middle of June and I have not heard from them so I went out to their website to get their contact information so I could inquire about the model, their website in no longer available so I have no way to contact them. I checked them out on the internet (which I should have done before giving them my money) and it seems they have a real bad reputation of ripping people off. I would just like my money back at this point.

    placed an order on 2/17/24 for just under $500.00 have yet to see the product that was ordered and cannot get ahold of anyone for a refund. have emailed and left several messages to no avail. **** said have to try and get the money back from the vendor first. however they will not contact myself or my husband back.

    On November 18, 2023, I placed a preorder for a MiniArt 1/48 P47D25RE Thunderbolt Aircraft (Basic) Kit. The cost of the kit was $47.99 plus $9.95 shipping for a total of $57.94. My credit card was charged in full in November. At that time, the website listed estimated shipping as November. In December, this was changed to December. It stayed at December for a few months. I tried multiple times to contact the company via phone, reply emails, and through the "contact us" on the website. Finally in March I was able to speak to someone who assured me that the kit would ship on March 22, 2024. I have still not received my purchase. I've again attempted to contact the company via phone and email, but have not received communication in return. One time I spoke to someone who told me they were at a late lunch and unable to tell me any information.

    Order placed and paid for March 6 2024. Has been numerous emails sent as well as spoke to gentleman on phone approx 1 week ago assuring delivery by end of last week. Am yet to receive product, nor has any further communication been from saler.

    Please be aware that we issued ************** a full refund to his credit card. We consider the matter closed. As with most of the individual that complain, the BBB usually never receives correspondence from them informing you the matter was resolved.
